I always have lovely service here, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. Karim knows his clients and looks after them, and most importantly cuts hair very well!

Sorry I can't remember the name of the stylist but she has lovely long sparkly nails and a cheerful smile.

Robert was extremely good when colouring my hair and took a lot of trouble getting it right- I am delighted with the result and will definitely go back!
The salon generally was very efficient and well run and all the staff were really friendly and helpful!

Consistently excellent. Although I now live most of the time in Dorset, I keep coming back to St Albans to have my hair cut by Karim. Always love the end result.

Carla has done my hair a few times now. Always does it just how I like it and is such a lovely person. Very satisfied customer.

Candi has been cutting my hair now for about 8 months. She took on a cut that had gone wrong and has spent time relentlessly getting it right. And i'm definitely not an easy client to please. Nothing is too much trouble. And, having just had my latest cut- I love it! She's got the choppiness just right and balance needed for my pixie cut style, spot on! And i always look forward to our chats lol. Thank you. Shes a whizz with the scissors. Couldnt fault her at all.

Really like the way Candi cuts my hair, it’s short and blonde and she makes it modern and choppy in a way that suits my face. I feel reinvented

Jordan was very engaged and professional. She explained options for rectifying a colour issue ( I had experimented badly with colour). Robert McFarlane has advised brilliantly when I popped in for a consultation a couple of days before. I was very impressed. Jordan was attentive and checked the process regularly throughout the treatment. I was very happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to make a recommendation to others based upon my experience.

Carla gave my hair a fantastic cut, as always, and is friendly and chatty without being overbearing. The branch is bright and airy with excellent service throughout.
