Zoe was great. Took time to talk through the process, options and importantly - the upkeep/ aftercare.

Had a colour today by Steph & a cut & blow dry with Lucy. I was really apprehensive about the appointment beforehand but there was no need as these guys had great safety precautions firmly in place. The stations were nicely spread out and I watched the team continuously cleaning everything several times.
Really missed these ladies when everything was closed but what a lovely welcome back.

I came in for a complete revamp. My hair looked terrible after lockdown, so much grey I took the plunge and went blond! Something I'd been thinking about for a while but my nerve always failed me at the last minute, not helped by doubtful looks from my previous hairdresser. Zoe, on the other hand, was brilliant. She took charge of my colour instantly which immediately filled me with confidence. I love my new look! Thanks also to lucy for a lovely cut. She too gave advice which instilled confidence. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the salon spotlessly clean. Have already booked my next session. ?

Maddie was friendly and made the experience worth while. She made me feel very comfortable whilst also making my hair look amazing. My highlights look perfect and I will definitely request her for my next top up in a few months. Salon was clean and tidy, great atmosphere.

I was booked with Lisa and Verity. Felt welcomed and extremely safe in an exceptionally clean envirnment. This salon has gone the extra mile in putting all the necessary safety measures in place under such difficult circumstances. No matter how busy the salon gets, staff always have time for you. Lucy did such an amazing job with my post lockdown hair!! I was feeling rubbish about it and it was all over the place and within 45 mins she had me leaving the salon feeling like a new woman and loving my hair! Thank you so much!

My base dark colour was perfect but the balayage is in hindsight very disappointing.
It is a ginger colour vs the chocolate brown planned. I will have to cover ASAP.

The salon looks very elegant and is a lovely space to relax in while having your hair done. Thanks to Jen for the pre appointment call to explain how you're looking after us all.
