Victoria always provides the excellent service I expect from my my visits to T&G. Firstly, I always leave looking better than I did when I walked in with a great haircut. In addition Victoria is a great stylist to spend 30 minutes or so with - I enjoy our gossip and chats. The combination of the above means I come away with a feeling of well being.

When I decided to go for a radical change to my hair (cut it all off) I was a bit anxious. Chloe at WGC was recommended to me, and what an exceptional stylist she is. She gave me a hairstyle I loved from the beginning (having talked me out of the one I’d originally wanted) and ever since, has maintained my hair. Once, when she was away, one of the others cut my hair and all I can say is that I was very relieved when Chloe came back to repair and reshape. She really understands hair and I trust her advice implicitly. .

Stylist - not sure of her name - seemed indifferent throughout and provided no towel for my neck when walking my hair so had a soaking wet back... no offer of a drink... uninterested and indifferent.
Then charged £60 for basically a trim!

I love going to the salon to see everyone, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I've been a client for a long time, and have always been looked after well by the team. They listen to your ideas and make suggestions to enhance the style you want. I have seen many other clients leave happy with their experience too. Thank you all so much.

Verity was welcoming kind and professional. She did my hair EXACTLY as I had asked. This is a first for me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hairdresser listen to what I wanted like she did and actually produce it. So impressed with her skill and her calm polite manner. Will definitely be returning and will definitely recommend her to friends and family

From the moment I entered the establishment, I felt I was transported from the hard hum drum of life to a space where my daily cares and worries are left outside. The constitution session is like chatting to a close friend, where I could freely talk about what I wanted which was translated by Simon perfectly. I left, with my new hairstyle feeling a million dollars, with the knowledge of how to maintain it and take in the word.
