Had my first keratin straightening treatment, the girls couldn't have been more attentive. Ashleigh was so lovely and chatty, made the time fly in and couldn't have been more attentive.

The treatment itself is very effective, after my gym session this morning i looked almost normal (excluding the sweat????) i am more akin to the back combed cotton wool look after the gym or any kind of humidity actually????. I was able to go about my busy daily schedule without embarrassing myself, before heading home to wash and blow dry it, which took minutes, no need for straightening or sweating, love it, thankyou????

Love my hair directory visits Linda has worked her magic with my colour taking me from harsh dark to a far subtle lighter colour all different tones love it , all the girls are lovely very welcoming and very friendly . I highly recommend this salon .

I’ve been a loyal Hair Directory customer for 9 years now. I even ‘commuted’ for 7 years when I lived in London! The cut, colour, and general service is always excellent. Such a lovely group of hairdressers headed up and steered by the truly wonderful Linda. Can’t rate it highly enough.

I had my hair pinned up for a wedding which was lovely and stayed in all day .
I thought it was very exspensive I wasn’t even in for half an hour and was charged £46.50 which I thought was far to much.

Linda is excellent at color and cutting my hair. For the first time in all my years having my hair done in Inverness I am happy! You will be too! I highly recommend this salon. A very relaxing environment and all the ladies working there are lovely.

Everytime I visit hair directory I exit looking and feeling 10 years younger. Linda and all her staff are friendly and kind. I thoroughly enjoy getting up to date with current trends I have hairstyling and reading the vast amount of magazines. My only gripe sometimes being a lady of a certain age is the background music, I have asked for sinatra or buble to no avail! So far!!

We decided to change the colour slightly this time and I couldn't be more pleased with it! Linda and co always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with the experience and the result. Thanks Linda!

Lorraine performed to her usual high standard! Having fallen out of love with my hair, she cut and styled it back to life! The salon was quite quiet when I arrived but then there was a vibrant buzz once the other stylists arrived to start their day.arrived

I was a regular client of Linda's for 6 yrs when I lived in Inverness. She's the best hairdresser I've ever had but when I moved to the States I obviously had to find someone a little closer! I've spent a year and a half growing out a pretty heavy fringe and decided I wanted just a wee bit of fringe cut back in. I would trust no one but Linda to help me find just the right balance so my semi-annual visit home was the perfect opportunity. I knew she would take the time to really listen to me and give her honest opinion of what I had in mind. She did and when she was finished I couldn't have been happier. I had just enough fringe to achieve the look I wanted but not so much that I felt like I had gone backward. It was perfect. But, then, with the scissors in Linda's hands, I knew it would be!

Love going to hair directory - feels like a family when you visit. Katie who does my hair is amazing - such a perfectionist ???? all the girls are lovely.

As always a lovely visit, Lorraine knows exactly what to do and gets it right every time. When you find the perfect hairdresser they are worth they’re weight in gold

After over 20 years with my brilliant hairdresser, who understood both me and my hair, I had to find a new hairdresser as she was moving away.
With initial apprehensive call to make appointment, I was made to feel completely at ease.
Actual visit today lived up to this. Lovely warm welcome, lovely surroundings and stylist Cathy Anne, who did my hair was brilliant. Listened and understood all my ramblings about my hair, then did the most amazing job on it. Colour is incredible...when I came home even my husband (who has never commented on the colour before) said he loved the colour and my hair “looked real”! ????
Cut has been done so well too. The knowledge and professionalism is first class. Loved the whole experience and looking forward to my next visit.

Always feel welcome and leave with a great haircut.
