Hair Directory Highland Ltd

I went to the new Hair Directory yesterday and had a great experience. What a lovely bright spacious place! The receptionist was really friendly and made me tea with biscuits and chocolate! I had my hair cut by Julie who knew what she was doing, gave good advice did a fab job- just what i wanted. I live in Inverness but have been going back to my home town Aberdeen for hair cuts. Now i won't have to do this as I have found someone here????

I had my hair cut and coloured on Monday by Cathy Ann and as always came out feeling delighted with it, as I normally do when Lorraine does it. I find the whole procedure a relaxing experience from beginning to end. The cutting is an art in itself and the other staff are so friendly.

Regular visitor to Hairdirectory and have been for 15 + years. Lovely friendly staff who make me feel a million dollars after my treatments and hair cut etc. Always leave the salon as a very happy client ... never been disapointed with the service I receive each time I visit ????????

I've been using hair directory for years and they are fantastic!

It was my first visit to Linda and Hair Directory and it was a lovely Christmas atmosphere with everyone all dressed festively and mince pies if you fancied one.

I was welcomed into the salon and made to feel at ease by everyone. Linda introduced herself to me and just seemed to know what would suit me and guided me really well.

My experience in Hair Directory is always excellent. I receive a warm welcome, a friendly invitation to have a cup of tea and a useful chat before each session. My stylist is called Katie, She seems to have magic fingers as she teases the limited resources she has to work with on my head. I always come away feeling and looking as though I have three times as much hair as when I went in. Her cutting skills are excellent. Her personality warm, efficient and friendly. This is a professional, modern salon that is well equipped and efficient. The staff seem to work well as a team as they tend to their clients of all ages.

I have been going to Lorraine to get my hair done regularly since I returned to Inverness 4 years ago, and am genuinely the most thrilled I have ever been with my hair. Its always such a treat and lovely atmosphere to go to Hair Directory! Xx

Great new salon with lovely staff and had great haircut from lorraine a week ago and highlights with chantel who did a great job. Gillian looked after me so well and she is fun. Lynda has a great business and she looks after everyone.

Usual great haircut!

I recently attended the Hair Directory to get my ombre hair turned into rose gold Balayage and they certainly didn't disappoint. I was looked after so well, always offered refreshments and magazines. There was a great team effort to get my hair how I wanted it and I felt very important having all these people attending to my hair. The new trainee's were very lovely too and very chatty with a thirst to learn the business. My hair turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I have had lots of lovely compliments and I was even featured on the Facebook page which was nice. The cost was excellent, I was expecting it to be much more for the work done but was very happy with the price considering how great it looked. The new salon is amazing too. Thanks again everyone and thanks Lorraine and Linda for finding the perfect Rose Gold Colour.

As usual lovely warm welcome . Everyone really chatty even got a cheeky slice of cake with a cup of tea . I always feel haopy and relaxed when I come out from having my hair done . Throughly enjoyed my head massage . And ofcourse very happy with my hair thank you to the lovely Gemma.

I visited the salon for the first time on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised how bright, spacious and modern it is. As always the staff are welcoming, cheery and very helpful.

First visit to the new premises. As always the staff are friendly and welcoming with just the right amount of chat. Delighted with my cut, color and styling and highly recommend all aspects of the salon. Such a lovely ambience too.

As always another great visit hair coloured and restyled by Lorraine have been coming to Hair Directory for over 20yrs I have tried other hairdressers after moving to Glasgow but after some disasters now travel up every 6/7 wks

I'm very fussy when it comes to colouring my hair & having recently moved here I was very nervous about letting someone colour my hair.
I needn't have been nervous. Lorraine & Cathy-Ann were wonderful. My hair looks & feels great. Also visiting a salon for the first time they were friendly, welcoming & put me at ease.
I loved the decor. The large silver gilted mirrors were lovely. I'm looking forward to seeing their new salon decor.
I'll be back.

Returned to my childhood hair dresses after a long gap and was really pleased with service. A warm welcome, all the staff who spoke to me were attentive and friendly. A great cut and tasty hot chocolate. I look forward to visiting their new premises on harbour road when they move.
