Always made to feel very welcome and valued as a customer. Even the covid restrictions didn't stop that happening. Fiona is a fantastic hairdresser and full of fun.

Charlotte was brilliant, really friendly and I felt like she was really listening to what I was wanting to have done to my hair. I felt completely at ease with all the new COVID procedures and love my new colour and cut.

I was so happy when I heard the salon could open again! At first I was worried about wearing a mask but after 5 mins i forgot about it. I felt really safe when I was in the salon, it was nice to get some normality again. It was also nice to see Fiona and all the other girls for a hair catch up.

I really look forward to my appointments with Fiona and I always love my hair when I leave. I quite often don’t know what I want and I love seeing what she comes up with when I give her full control!

Just as I suspected the girls have done and are doing an amazing job in difficult times of keeping everyone safe and reassured when visiting. Very clear and concise guidelines of before and during my visit to the salon, Sanitising was obviously a priority and everything well marked out for distancing. Despite the strange times atmosphere was brilliant, relaxed and welcoming which made for a relaxing experience. Well done to all the fantastic team.

Had a lovely experience today in the salon. The girls were very professional and made me feel relaxed. Alex explained everything very well about all the changes . As always a lovely experience in hair therapy, even with all the new rules in place! Lovely seeing Charlotte again made a fabulous job of my colour & cut! feel like a new woman, Prices went up a bit but that’s understandable in the current climate and there working long hard days to catch up. Lovely girls & lovey salon they make you feel so relaxed it’s like talking to a family member they make you feel at home. Big big thank Charlotte.

It was great to be back at Hair Therapy with Fiona.
Salon was well organised and relaxed.

First cut since end of Jan. I felt very comfortable in the knowledge that all hygiene measures were in place. Delighted with my colour and cut. I have curly hair which Fiona cuts so well. Love my new cut and colour

Everyone is always very happy at their work and clients are always greeted with a smile. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the salon which makes you feel very at ease while getting your hair done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and they’ll do their very best to fit in an appointment at short notice if needed. Sometimes it’s not possible but they will try.

I love going to this salon, all the stylists are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable and generally pampered. Can't recommend enough!

Over 4 months since my last appointment my hair needed some major TLC thankfully Fiona has worked her magic and my hair is back to one colour and not a grey hair insight
