Alex at HT has been doing my hair about a year now ..love that she got what I like quickly and she’s fab at making suggestions for different colours + style!! So I don’t get bored! No complacent same old thing every time you go!

My first time at this salon and l am really impressed. Charlotte did a fantastic job on my hair. She is a real expert at colouring. She knew exactly what l wanted and l came out extremely happy with my colour. I will be back. Highly recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed.

I love my new colour and cut
Courtney cut and coloured my hair and as always she made a fantastic job. Compliments everywhere I turn ! She does exactly what you want and has no problem creating the look you are after. Brilliant.

I love my new hairstyle! Steph listened carefully to what I wanted and offered excellent, friendly advice. I absolutely love the cut and colour and I will definitely be returning. We have been using this award winning salon ever since it opened. The fact that we drive over 120 miles to visit clearly indicates our total satisfaction with everything. Super friendly atmosphere, super professional styalists and beauticians. We would recommend without hesitation.

First time I went, the colour job on my hair was good, including the cut, so booked again. All staff are plesent but felt they are fitting to many people in, time management not good, rushing around! and abit disorganised. The end result was not as expected, the colour was dull and the cut wasn't the best either. I felt it was rushed. For booking or enquiries their automated service is a pain! it's a nuisance call line! You ready need to go into the salon for booking. I won't be going back.
I'm sorry to hear you had not the best experience with us at Hair Therapy the last time you had an appointment. We appreciate customers feedback greatly and this will help us a lot in the future. Novemeber/December are are busiest months so we do understand things can look a bit hectic in the salon around this time and we do take on alot of bookings tp try our hardest to accommodate everyone around this time of year. We have took on two apprentice' s so that is helping a lot with the basics of answering the phone and organisation around the salon. We are very sorry you were not to happy with your colour and if you would ever like to come back to possibly have another in-depth consultation about your colour with more time perhaps we could get the perfect colour and cut for you!!. If you would like to do so we will do this with 25% discount voucher if you book with us again. Phone or book online with our one of quote "25%" hopefully we will see you again soon.
