I am 4 years old and my hair was very tuggy. I got the ends cut and my hair feels so much better. The lady was very gentle with my hair and my daddy got a cup of coffee while he waited for me. Thank you everybody.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had and I had to pay £50 for the privilege. It was slow, uneven and when I phoned up to complain once I’d got home and realised quite how wonky it was, I was made to feel like I was stupid and no real help to fix.
I would never normally leave a bad review and tried to resolve without having to review but when I rang wasn’t listened too. I have been a number of times before to the salon and always been happy but I won’t be back after this experience.
Unfortunately you did not give us an opportunity to rectify your compalint.. When you were invited to return to the salon, which is our policy, you said you needed to speak to your husband and that was the last we heard of you. You were listened to, you dismissed anything we said so feel this review is totally unjustified.
