Linzie is a superb stylist, she takes care to make sure I'm happy with my hair. All the staff are very kind and welcoming, they don't rush but don't leave you waiting which I appreciate. It's a lovely atmosphere & I won't go anywhere else.
In my initial appointment, Millie was wonderful, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-cared for. When things didn’t go as planned, Emma-Jayne was quick to listen to my concerns and made sure to schedule me in as soon as possible. When I returned, Emma did an outstanding job, with excellent support from Linzie. Throughout the process, I truly felt heard and valued by the entire team. They’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where it genuinely feels like a family. Highly recommend!

I don't get my haircut very often, but I had a great experience with Cameron back in early July. Firstly, he got me in early as he'd had a cancellation which was a win for me. Cameron made me feel super comfortable, had good chat and I went away feeling confident and looking great.

I love this salon. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Katrine never disappoints, I often leave it too long between appointments and has to tidy up my unkempt hair.

Really disappointed in the service I got last Friday morning. Wasn’t actually seen to until 5 mins after my appointment, was sat down and told that it would be an additional £10 charge because I have long hair… said that I’d never had that the previous 3 times I’ve been to Head Gardener. They then waived it immediately when I said I would just go elsewhere. The stylist then didn’t actually do what I’d asked her to do to my hair and by the time I realised there was only 5 minutes left in my appointment. Really disappointed as the other times I have been to Head Gardener you have been a good service which is why I come back. Will be going elsewhere in future.
Don't normally enjoy being at hairdressers but it was fab! Engaging staff and Linzie cut and styled my hair to perfection. Thank you Linzie, I've been getting compliments all afternoon ☺️
