Warm welcome into the salon, felt comfortable and confident with my Junior stylist. Conversation flowed without any awkwardness. Very happy with cut. Excited to see Stylist expand on her experience and techniques in the coming months and hopefully years.

In for my usual colour and cut by John. Highly recommended. John is so knowledgeable and I'd had this idea in mind and John made it a reality. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and everyone makes you feel at ease.

Awful, worst haircut & hairdressing experience I've had for a long time. £54....£50 too expensive. Hairdresser was rude, couldn't have cared less & smelt of stale cigarettes. Won't recommend & certainly won't be returning. Really disappointing.

David is super talented - transforms your hair leaving you looking and feeling years younger than you actually are. Want a confidence boost - David is your man! Great banter thrown in for free. Makes a haircut feel like a time with a best friend. Get one and enjoy the experience! The Head Gardiner certainly is the best!

Emma/Jayne is so skilled and her customer service is second to none. Really cares about your needs and makes it happen so smoothly. It’s like sir ding time with friends and coming out of the salon looking so much better! What more can one ask for.

I booked in for a semi permanent colour with Lauren. She was very thorough and met all my needs. Love my hair! I received a wash and blow dry by a lovely guy (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) and he was very skilled, making my hair lovely and smooth with a bouncy curl. He knew a lot about all of the products he was using. Both members of staff will do very well in hair industry going forward! Thanks to the entire team for a lovely, needed pampering!

Hair looks lovely and vibrant really happy with it

I hadn’t had my hair coloured for approximately 4 months so my roots needed blended and Natasha used a cool blonde and a lowlight, with a blue shampoo to blend the rest. The results were lovely and I am very happy with the outcome.
I was especially impressed with how well everyone worked as a team, given how busy it was. They were all happy to help each other out to benefit the client.
The only thing that surprised and slightly embarrassed me was that I booked to have my T bar done as I wanted to keep as much of the condition as possible. I was quoted £75. The stylist said to me, “you are just having a half head, aren’t you” to which I replied, “my T bar, is that the same thing?” “Yes, pretty much” or words to that effect, so we happily proceeded and when I went to pay, it was £96. Apparently they are different, £21 different. Obviously a misunderstanding but I questioned it and that made me feel bad because I didn’t know any different. I am however still very happy with the results.

What can I say ? I travel 70mile round trip to go to the salon and once again Alison has given me a superb haircut. I absolutely love my time in the salon.

Linzie quietly went about cutting my hair just as asked for and finished how i like.. Happy overall with the appointment, would book Linzie again.
