I booked in for a semi permanent colour with Lauren. She was very thorough and met all my needs. Love my hair! I received a wash and blow dry by a lovely guy (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) and he was very skilled, making my hair lovely and smooth with a bouncy curl. He knew a lot about all of the products he was using. Both members of staff will do very well in hair industry going forward! Thanks to the entire team for a lovely, needed pampering!

Hair looks lovely and vibrant really happy with it

I hadn’t had my hair coloured for approximately 4 months so my roots needed blended and Natasha used a cool blonde and a lowlight, with a blue shampoo to blend the rest. The results were lovely and I am very happy with the outcome.
I was especially impressed with how well everyone worked as a team, given how busy it was. They were all happy to help each other out to benefit the client.
The only thing that surprised and slightly embarrassed me was that I booked to have my T bar done as I wanted to keep as much of the condition as possible. I was quoted £75. The stylist said to me, “you are just having a half head, aren’t you” to which I replied, “my T bar, is that the same thing?” “Yes, pretty much” or words to that effect, so we happily proceeded and when I went to pay, it was £96. Apparently they are different, £21 different. Obviously a misunderstanding but I questioned it and that made me feel bad because I didn’t know any different. I am however still very happy with the results.

What can I say ? I travel 70mile round trip to go to the salon and once again Alison has given me a superb haircut. I absolutely love my time in the salon.
