Another great cut & blow dry by Pauline, very pleased as always, I wouldn’t go anywhere else already booked for six weeks time when I will have my highlights done as well.

I was made to feel very relaxed & comfortable throughout. Was very confident in the skill & professionalism of Jacqui - the haircut itself is fabulous- Suits my face shape & very easy to maintain the look. Definitely recommend the salon & will be returning.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, Pauline listen to what I was asking for and done a wonderful job with a full head of honey highlights as well as a treatment and relaxing hair wash and cut. I am really pleased with the results of the wash, cut and blow dry. As usual, Pauline styled my hair just as I wanted it. My only disappointment was the increase in cost.

First visit to Serene Hair and Beauty. I came in for a long awaited trim after lockdown by Megan and I was not disappointed. The salon experience was personable and relaxing with both Megan and Jemima being friendly and attentive. My hair feels renewed and healthy again. I will definitely be back. ?

Pauline's a complete professional and courteous hairdresser and also a very nice person! She's been cutting my hair for a long time now and have nothing but praise for her and indeed the whole business itself is run with very friendly staff and would recommend it to anyone who wants special treatment!

Amazing I had frizzy dry hair and it’s now silky smooth and straight!! Staff were really informative and prompt and I’m over the moon with the results.

Lock down hair was getting me down, so I was so glad to get an appointment at Serene as I’d heard good things! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away! I didn’t really know what I wanted but Robert gave me some good advice and I felt confident to let him do his thing. Wow! Walked out feeling fresh and confident again!
