I have been going to Serene for a couple of years now and Megan has always given me a great cut! After lockdown, my hair was too long and too dry and wanted a change. Megan did a great cut and I am now loving my new look! It was a great experience, as always, from entering to leaving and felt totally safe in their hands! Well done team on all the effort in keeping your staff and clients safe!

I was feeling a little nervous about going in as I was completely changing styles from long to considerably shorter. The wonderful Kat made me feel completely comfortable and did an absolutely amazing job. She was super friendly and made the whole experience very fun. I absolutely loved it and will be returning.

Kat made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived at the salon. I didn’t have any concerns regarding Covid as the salon had everything in place to make me feel safe. It was a lovely experience as it always is with Kat and I am super happy with me hair. Also I was very impressed with the young girl that washed my hair, she had great customer service :)

Kat is her usual happy go lucky self with the ability to cheer everyone up and at the same time being very efficient and doing a good job!

So happy I don’t really know where to start so I will start with safety measures in regards to Covid 19, the measures the salon have put in place have been implemented so well, from the minute of being greeted to the point of goodbye it was clearly obvious that real thought had been put in to place as to how to keep everyone safe but at the same time not losing any of the salon ‘pamper’ experience. Now on to my hair, I couldn’t be happier, perfect colour, Jacqui listened to my thoughts and gave me really good advice. The colour is wonderful, the cut makes my hair do that lovely ‘swish’ as my move my head and the difference in condition is amazing! I always believe in giving credit where due and therefore I can’t recommend serene enough :-)
All other members of the team were following safety guidelines perfectly and I noted that the bathroom was cleaned after use. THANK YOU to all at serene!

The service I have received today from Robert was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the salon to the moment I left. He was so attentive, polite, professional. I came to the salon upon recommendation from my mother who previously had a great experience and now I am so glad I did! It was the best hair cut I have ever had and that is because Robert took time to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. He has made me so happy with my hair and now know who I will be returning to time and time again! Also recommending all my friends. Thanks so much Robert.

Usual friendly and professional service at Serene following their post-lockdown re-opening. Covid precautions in place and staff directing new procedures confidently with minimal impact on clients.

As usual very good cut and service. Although very good procedures were in place like screens and staff very thorough on cleaning I did not feel entirely safe as an older client. I would have liked to see staff wearing masks as well as a visor, although I do appreciate this is harder especially in hot weather. Also although where I had hair washed and cut was very apart from other clients as I went up stairs there was a client seated either side and the hairdresser working on hair behind them which meant to go through was a narrow space. Otherwise everything was excellent and look forward to next appointment.

First visit to Serene. My once short hair gave no indication of how It used to be. Robert managed to cut and style my hair and I left more than happy.
Salon managed the post-COVID way of working really well. Thank you.

The measures the staff have put in place to be Covid safe are superb. They could not have done any more to protect their clients and staff. Pauline did a fantastic job with my hair. Cut and colour look amazing. Whole experience was fantastic

Everything was very well organised. Offered a bottle of water because no hot drinks allowed under the present circumstances. A happy atmosphere.

Like many I was looking forward to going to the hairdressers again after the months of lockdown. I was given the usual friendly welcome, Kat was in fine fettle and we chatted about our respective experiences from the past few months while she washed, highlighted and cut my hair. All the necessary virus precautions had been put in place but they did not intrude and there was a happy and relaxed buzz in the salon. I left feeling uplifted and glamorous! Just one tiny niggle! I missed my cup of coffee. I was led to believe from your website that coffee and tea would be available in disposable cups but this was not so. Luckily Kat was able to provide a bottle of water to assuage my thirst. Thank you Serene for brightening not only my hair but also my day!
