Had a great haircut. Olivia was very thorough and gentle and fun to chat with. She took her time and I had a few comments after that my hair looked good!

My regular stylist was busy so Clare was let loose on me. What an great stylist. So happy with my cut and colour and the most amazing blow dry. Highly recommend Clare, thank you so much

Hair looks amazing once again after Jacqui worked her magic.

I payed for a hair treatment which cost £15 which should of included a head massage and hot towel application as stated on they’re price list.
My hair was not washed out throughly, it looks and feels terrible. The cut is absolutely shocking. I requested to have some serum after drying my hair and she decided to put an excessive amount on. Due to the result of that - it left my hair looking completely wet/greasy from three quarters down my hair.
Considering how much money I spent on hair treatment, wash and cut including products l. I have left feeling very disappointed.

I know this salon for several years now. I had not quite good experience before due to my frizzy and unruly hair. Here I had discovered the pleasure and the beauty to have an haircut. All hair stylists here are pleasant and very professional. Clare was brillant. I could see how she love what she was doing and paid attention to detail. She definitely master her skills at the highest level. I am an artist and I am sensitive to that.

Nice clean salon. Young lady who washed my hair was very bright and pleasant Being offered a free conditioner did make me make an appointment, as my hair still quite short following Chemo and needed tidy up only.

Claire is skilled at cutting curly hair. She listened to my concerns about certain hair products and was suggested that I could bring my own products to be used. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I have a great hair cut

Pauline did a great job once again, very pleased with the end result. . Had a variation on the high lites I usual have followed by a cut & finish, very happy will be back there in six weeks.

This was my first visit as I needed to find a new salon. I thought the salon was very well presented. The staff were friendly and I really liked the offer of a head massage. Pauline listened to what I wanted and I liked the end result.

It’s a brilliant place not for just the young l was made to feel special and also had a brilliant hair cut

The young girl who put my colour on was lovely rob cut my hair and I love the colour and cut was feeling down but my hair cut give me the lift I needed good service throughout visit excellent

This was my second visit with Robert. This time I had a balayage in blue. Robert is an amazing hairdresser, he did exactly what we discussed and made me feel very welcome.
He also talked me through aftercare. I am 100% happy with my hair and the experience at Serene Hair and Beauty. I will be back to see Robert soon!
