Michelle came up with further styling suggestions and hair care tips - I left the salon with a new improved look; my visits here are always entertaining and looked forward to…and when Michelle was on holiday, the time before, I received an excellent cut from her colleague, Cassie.
Kate, the therapist who takes care of me prior to acting commitments, has a caring and gentle touch, which always puts me at ease.
The entire crew, including Laura are also a lively and friendly bunch - the ambience is perfect..

Michelle listens to what I want, works around my preferred length and never fails to improve on the original idea…so that I always leave the salon with a confident smile on my face.

Thus was my first visit and I was very happy with the experience. Kate was very friendly whilst remaining professional. I have already booked my next appointment.

Michelle has always been amazing with my hair, giving the best blow dries despite running late for another appointment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for any event or just to treat yourself to a new cut x

Not impressed at all. Was not offered a refreshment, stylist seemed like she was rushing, did not blow dry hair properly so it ended up frizzy half an hour later, when I rang and booked I clearly asked for a wash, cut and blow dry and was quoted £32.50. However, I learned that this is the price for a blow dry only, so I ended up having to pay £60! Good for half an hour's work! I repeatedly queried the price but the salon would not have it so I begrudgingly ended up having to pay the unbelievably extortionate fee. I have been to a lot of different hair salons in my time and I believe this is the worst one I have ever been to. Will definitely not be returning or recommending! It will also explain why there was only one other customer in there - incredibly poor.

After many years of trial and error, I always now go to Michelle at Regis for my haircuts. She always takes time to discuss with me what style would suit me and my hair, and with a few snips here and there she gives me a beautiful cut that is perfect for me and for my hair.

So this was my first ever facial. Kate was a delight, really easy to chat with and clearly a very experienced professional.
BUT when I got home I could see how AMAZING my skin looked - it looked like I’d been on ‘10 years younger’ and feels incredible too. I’m a convert!

Kate is always professional and friendly.

Michelle regularly looks after my head of hair. I have it styled and coloured everything 5 weeks. Friends and family often compliment me on how good it looks. She does an excellent job and makes me feel better.

Cassie is just a superb stylist worth every penny to get the cut and finish that is sooooo good ?

As a regular customer Michelle is aware of the style and effect I like. As ever it was a good experience.

Cassie has been looking after my hair for some years now. She is brilliant. People comment frequently on how good my hair looks and it’s all because of Cassie’s skill with colour and cutting.
