I have been going to Toni &Guys for years and my hair has always looked great but my last full head high lights and cut I had has left my hair in an awful state.
After paying over £200 I wish I had left it how it was. My hair has just been a complete mess. All frissy and an embarrassment.
I have left it a time for the review asked of me because I’ve tried to see if it would improve but it hasn’t. I’m now trying another shampoo/conditioner.
Shame because I would always recommend this hairdressers. Not sure what’s gone wrong obviously I would imagine the mix up of the colour or similar???

All the staff are wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff really listen to what you want and advise. Colour and cut are always superb!

It is always nice to be looked after thoughtfully by all members of the team. Lee listens to my requests and discusses possibilities and I always leave happy with my hair and relaxed after being looked after well.

I always get a brilliant cut from Ringo, even when he’s constrained by the fact that I’m growing my hair from short to long. I’m at a really difficult “in between” stage but I still came out with a great style. I was specific that I didn’t want him to touch the fringe, as I’m growing that out too, and he didn’t. The salon was spotless, the atmosphere busy and upbeat.

As usual, Lee never disappoints. I really look forward to seeing him and chatting every six weeks regular as clockwork. I can always rely on him to give a good cut. Excellent!

Andy was excellent as ever the washing and drying of my hair did not match my expectations and the previous high standards.

Over the years of going to different salons, I found most to be unwelcoming, cliquey and slightly prejudiced.
But at Toni & Guy in Canterbury, I feel I can be myself and the stylists there are fabulous, courteous and knowledgeable. Although, a little pricey, it's worth it knowing you're going to get perfection every time.

Georgia is a credit to T&G. Her calm manner has almost a therapeutic effect & not only that she really tunes into the person. The whole team are delightful.

The hair stylists are all really lovely and my hair was done exactly how i wanted it and really well.

Joanne was very professional, and my hair cut was just the style I wanted.
I thought I had actually requested a blowdry after, but it didn’t happen, and I didn’t query it, so guess my misunderstanding.

Lovely friendly staff, always have a smile and talk to you when washing my hair and makes sure I'm ok and offers a head massage when finished, yes please, so relaxing. My stylist always remembers me even though I only go every 10 to 12 weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else even though I have to travel.

I always love having my hair done here. Excellent service.

Andy at Tony & Guy Canterbury is magician with hair colour. He always creates a masterpiece of colour. He is a very good listener and creates exactly what one requests! He takes pride and enjoys his work! One can see that work for him is a celebration of his talent and creativity. Even when I’d moved further away, I’d always go back to only Andy. I am so grateful to know Andy and to have had the benefit of his talent for at least 13+ years. Thank you Andy and Tony & Guy Canterbury?
