Booked over phone efficient and helpful receptionist. Andy worked his magic with his extensive knowledge resulting in a natural and complimentary colour. Great head massage. Emily listened carefully to my requirements and expertly cut and styled my long overdue locks. Result one very satisfied customer.

As always Andy’s colour was brilliant- my hair was such a post lockdown mess, he has restored my colour and confidence

Georgia did a wonderful job of my hair and was friendly and interesting company. Catered for my allergy too. I couldn't get change so couldn't fully tip her which i intend to make up.

Tried another stylist this time, and again very pleased with the results. I have tried other places but always return to Toni and guy Canterbury, sometimes the background music can be too loud......usually when I've had an appointment later in the day, but apart from that all good.

After 5 long months I was desperate to walk into T&G. When I walked out 4 hours later I felt like me again!

I’ve been coming for over 10 years to get my hair colour highlighted by Andy and cut by Ringo at Toni&Guy Canterbury and what a brilliant experience this has been over the years. Both Andy and Ringo listen to what am requesting and they always deliver a final product with creativity, enthusiasm, panache and professionalism. I always leave the salon on top of the world and I would like to thank them both most sincerely for the care and attention they give to my hair. The salon is great, impeccably clean and welcoming with both Toni and Rachel at reception and Lee as owner! Even Louise who shampoos my hair is absolutely lovely and always has a smile and a can do attitude. The cleanliness has been even enhanced further with the coronavirus. The whole team is welcoming, friendly and super. Great salon and great individuals who will always have my grateful thanks. Well done and congratulations! Should I move anywhere else, I’d always wish to come back to Toni&Guy Canterbury to get my hair done!

Had a fantastic experience with Georgia. She’s got such a wonderful manner and told me what she was doing at each point. She really listened to what I wanted and showed me how to easily and quickly style my new cut. I’m pretty low maintenance and she gave me a cut that looks great and fits my lifestyle. Had a brilliant full colour with Andy and a cut and BD with Georgia after lockdown. I trust Andy completely with colour as he won’t just do any ideas I have without talking through not just the shades but including discussion about the process and any concerns I had about the affect on the condition of my hair too, as it will take a few months to get how I’d like it. Georgia did what I wanted and talked through it as she did it to double check. Lovely blow dry with added waves at end with straighteners too. So many people have asked me where I got it done!

A safe environment with lots of care and attention. The expertise of my stylist, Joanne, seems effortless and the results never disappoint. All staff are welcoming and very considerate. An enforced nine month wait was worth it! All the safety measures in place couldn’t detract from my feeling of ‘coming home’ when I saw Andy and his bowls of bleach. The glory of having my hair washed for me and the magic words ‘would you like a head massage’ made me a bit emotional. Thanks to Andy and Ringo for making me feel as fabulous as my hair looks! Plus my Mum really likes it so it’s definitely a winner!

Fantastic stylists working in Tony and Guy Canterbury. I have to travel a 40 mile round trip to get there but worth the trip as local salons are very limited.

As per usual a great service by a great team. Been having my hair cut by Ringo for 15+ years now and never walked away without a 5 star cut.

After seven long months, to finally get in the chair and be revitalised with colour, by Andy, and fresh cut by Lee was AMAZING. Salon was clean, organised and safe and the service was immaculate. I love my hair and feel 100% back in the game! Thanks team.
