I received excellent personal friendly and professional attention. The atmosphere was quiet which is exactly what I wanted (I would have been uncomfortable in a very busy salon) and all COVID restrictions were carefully adhered too. I am so very happy to have my hair cut and looking respectable again.

As ever a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, like a real T&G family! I have come here for years and couldn’t imagine going anyway else now. All the staff are so friendly and warm and Ringo is my perfect hair stylist of all times!

I decided to give Toni and Guy a go for a mens haircut. I must say I am very impressed. The standard was very high and hair cut perfectly, will be going back next month for sure!

Have just visited the Canterbury salon. As per usual very friendly staff also very aware of Covid restrictions. Haircut by Lee, more than pleased by professional cut. Have been coming to this salon for more than five years and have had no reason whatsoever to give anything other than praise. Brilliant stylist and lovely staff.

Everything about my visit was brilliant.

I had my first salon appointment at Tony and Guy in Canterbury with my regular stylist Ringo.
Everything was of the same high standard I normally receive.

Top colouring service from Andy, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he was able to suggest something I’m very pleased with. Ringo cuts beautifully. Salon prices on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. I couldn’t be happier with T&G Canterbury.

Very professional and friendly. Been a client here for many years. They rang me to arrange an appointment as so as they knew when they would open.

20+ year customer regular highlights x3 a year no change during covid, was charged extra £10 for extra time/ product used. However was told on the phone it was to make up money from covid lockdown! Then tried £15 add on, which I would have had if not charged extra. Hair was good but not impressed with extra as already paying a premium for T&G. ‘Experience’ stop being so greedy it’s been tough for us all. I have been working as a nurse throughout lockdown not impressed

As always, the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind, with a light touch within the properly observed COVID rules.

What can I say about Ringo? I went in looking like an elderly member of a 1970s boy band and came out looking like a smart (late) middle-aged man of substance!

Why would I go anywhere else? Don’t stop what you’re doing

My hair hadn't been cut or tinted since September and the colours were more like a tortoiseshell cat, from white through red and yellow to dark brown.
Andy as always took control and I am now back to a beautiful shade of light brown.
Ringo whisked the scissors around and I now have shape and style back too.
I am now ready to go out into this newly opened world and enjoy myself.

Service very professional, clean, contemporary environment and quality products used. Of course it’s all about the cut. There’s good reason that I’m willing to spend £63 on a cut and blow dry. Staff take time to cut hair, are accurate and precise. I’ve tried going elsewhere and paying less and, without fail, have regretted it. Great credit where it’s due. Lee manages a very talented team who, quite simply are masters of their art!

Thank you Lee! It was fabulous to be back and I felt like me again! Great haircut as always.

I enjoyed my appointment very much!
I felt quite safe as all precautions were in place and adhered to.
I did have to wait about 10 minutes to get started, but I was made to feel very welcome.
The final result was amazing and well worth it.

It was sooo good to get my hair done after lockdown but it was all the more enjoyable to see the team again and to have that pamper experience that is what you can always expect from the staff there. Everyone is really lovely at TG Canterbury - I always leave feeling wonderful and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I always receive courteous greeting from all staff at all times. Since opening during Covid times their hygiene standards have been exceptional. It’s a pleasure to have my hair cuts there.

I always love my monthly appointments at Toni & Guy and even through a Tier 3 Covid lockdown, my visit still felt special. This month I particularly enjoyed two free festive Gin & Tonics as well as the usual friendly service and great cut and colour from both Lee and Bo. Came away feeling great!

The staff are welcoming and the salon is adhering to all the Covid precautions so I felt very comfortable and safe. Ringo is a star and I walked out feeling a million dollars.

I'd almost gave up on my hair but the cut has completely put life back, so happy! Worth the money

Today I had a colour cut and blow dry appointment. I am delighted with the result! I was well looked after at every stage & I felt entirely safe.

As usual, it was a great experience going to Toni and Guy in Canterbury. They make sure everything is well sanitised in these Covid times but it still has a great atmosphere and I’m so pleased with my haircut - thanks Lee.!

I have no criticisms about the service I received today when I had my haircut. However, we were back to the gowns that were used prior to the pandemic, the only disposable towel used being a small one which was draped around my shoulders between having my hair washed and the start of my haircut. I was offered either water or Prosecco but coffee (which I always go for) was not available, so I did not have a drink. The mask I wore was my own. I was charged £63 for my haircut and to my understanding, the charge for a haircut by a style director is £60. This leads me to believe that the £3 charge which was imposed on customers after the first lockdown was lifted (when disposable gowns were also used and the pack containing a mask was handed to the customer) is still being levied. This means that I was charged £3 for the small paper towel which would have cost only few pennies! I am aware that businesses have suffered greatly as a result of the pandemic, but so have all of us. I feel disappointed at what I feel is an attempt to abuse the good will of loyal customers especially by a business in the calibre of Toni & Guy.

Given the current situation of social distancing, it was a pleasure to experience such great service (.and fab hair cut ) in a safe and friendly environment. Head massage brilliant

I am so pleased with my highlights and it was lovely to see Nathalie again now that she’s back from maternity leave. I feel much better after my visit today!

My visits for appointments with Andy and Ringo are always like meeting friends - in addition to always having beautiful hair as a result.

Was made to feel welcome and valued, went in feeling fed up came out feeling like million dollars. Andy brightened me up Lee did a great cut and the new Apprentice did a great head massage. All set for Christmas

COVID rules being followed. I felt safe. Haircut top quality as usual.
