really good service, but ended up being dissapointed with my finished cut when a tuft of hair at the back was left too short to put into a ponytail, which i specifically said i didnt want to happen.
I understand it can happen, but was expecting a small discount for the mistake, which i didnt receive.

This is a well run and busy salon. You are greeted as you enter, and there is a pleasant waiting area. The salon is spotlessly clean. After you’ve had your gown put on, your stylist will discuss your requirements and take you through the steps from start to finish.
Yesterday I spoke to Andy (my colourist) and discussed how my colour was performing, though I didn’t have any colour treatment. Ringo (my stylist) provided an excellent cut, as always.

I love this salon; the staff are talented, funny and splendidly daft. Every visit is just like popping round to visit a mate with the added joy of a seriously good hair cut. Never underestimate the importance and skill involved in a proper hairwash either (thank you Shannon)

Andy my colourist is always amazing he gets great results whatever I do ( think crazy magenta back to blond ).
Ringo cuts my mad hair and does so perfectly every time all staff are warm and welcoming would not go anywhere else.

Had my hair highlighted and cut for a very special anniversary lunch coming up. Andy got the colour spot on and Ringo did an amazing cut. Very pleased as always.

Ringo always does a great job cutting and styling my hair. He also cuts it in a way I can style it myself.
