I left the salon feeling totally restored & relaxed.

Awful experience. They damaged my hair. Customer service at this Canterbury branch is appalling. I paid £140 to have ginger put into the lower half of my hair. I washed my hair once and all the colour washed out with the water. I tried to resolve the issue with the branch manager Joanne and owner Lee, however they were deeply against providing a refund. Despite providing photographic evidence of the damage caused to my hair after being refused Olaplex by colourist *****. My hair is falling out in bundles and is incredibly dry. They seem to not care about this at all. I was also charged full price despite having a student discount. No action was taken against the botched colour job I received as unfortunately there is nepotism in the branch. I have now escalated this issue to their head office. So many things went wrong that there’s simply not enough space in this review to write it! I was also passed between 4 different people to style my hair, with 2 of them giving up complaining I had too much hair! Awful salon not worth the price. Avoid @ all costs!

I always walk out of the salon on cloud 9. Even though I’ll be further away distance wise, I’ll still ensure that I come to both of them for my hair! Huge thank you to both of them for their excellent service.

I’ve always been happy with my hair cuts and any colours that I’ve had over the years. Ringo now cuts my hair and he does a fab job, my fringe has never looked so good and I love the layers. Thanks for the cut on Sat 6th August, I love it.. Great service from all staff.

Having battled through Bank where computers were ‘down’ so no available humans could assist, and then M+S where self service now dominates , and machines are unhelpful, it was a relief and pleasure to experience T+G ‘s service after a 2 year wait - excellent all round as indicated with Stars below- with much gratitude Patrick

Once again, a fabulous haircut by Joanne. I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, lovely people and fabulous stylists and colour technicians!

So I was a bit too scared to say anything yesterday which I know I should have, but the employees are really wonderful there. I got a cut and finish which was incredible and then we got to my fringe which I showed the hairdresser five videos on how I wanted it however he cut my fringe two inches short which does not cover my forehead and the rest of it was wonky and does not blend into the front pieces. Now that I have styled it the fringe is not too bad however it looks nothing like the videos I showed and what has been done looks unnatural and choppy.

As always, a great experience. Staff stayed behind after 6 to do a bit extra for me. So grateful.

Lee is the only one who can tame my curly hair, I have not had it cut by anybody else in 5 years, would thoroughly recommend, especially for about hair .

What’s not to like! Lovely coffee, cool lemon water and an ice cream!? …and of course a lovely colour and blow dry with friendly Bo as always ❤️??
