Have been using this salon for a couple of years,my appointment is always on time & the staff polite, the salon is very clean, bright & modern ,would recommend.

My hair had been bleached for many years and knew I needed a lot of my length taken off but decided it had to be done. Shannon’s chatty and warm personality made me feel so comfortable I appreciated her vast experience and accepted her honesty that my hair needed “looking after” she took into consideration My face shape and created a look that not only complemented and suited me it is also so easy to manage it feels so good to have hair that now looks and feels like hair! I’m so grateful to you Shannon ? I only wish there was an option to upload a picture in here!

I must leave a second review for Shannon. I usually do not like my haircut the next day/after washing, and I trusted her judgement about my hair and she was right. The layer and hair length we decided on actually suit my face and the frames she cut settle around my face very nicely.

So happy with my hair right now. Never had a hairdresser who told me a cut would suit my face and was proven right, but Shannon has managed the impossible.

Shannon was recommended to me by a friend. The service she has provided was super quick but still provides great results. She is also very chatty and gentle so the whole experience was very warm and relaxing.

I would definitely go back to her and could not recommend her more. She also seemed very happy to give advice about haircut, colour and just general hair stuff.

My hair was in quite a bad way after lockdown I had dyed it myself and to be honest didn't look great.my hairdresser is fantastic I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair but her,my hair is a nice even colour now and is in souch better condition.i trust her 1 fully with my hair ..Also all the hairdresser's there are really nice they make you very welcome and are very professional lovely salon x

I looove my balayage! Just had it done today by the amazing Donna. It's my first balayage and first time to visit The Hair Lounge but Donna made me feel so relaxed and confident that I'm getting the results that I wanted. This place is highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2nd visit to salon, had t-section,cut,wash & blowdry by Donna. Extremely happy with cut and colours hair never looked so good. Highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to this salon for years and have Donna every time. She is a brilliant hairdresser and even manages to trim my daughter's hair whilst she moves constantly.

So I went to the Hair Lounge for the first time and the experience and stylist were lovely. However, the colour I came out with was far from what I asked for. I did get some money off but there was no offer of fixing it at the time and that I'd have to come back.
I feel quite disappointed and, sadly, won't be going back.

Best haircut I've ever had! Sophie taught me everything I need to know, to look after my hair in the future. My mum passed away recently and she was the one who always booked my hair appointments, apart from this hair cut today and the one with the hair lounge, 2 years ago. So, I was really anxious at first but after I explained what I wanted, Sophie made me feel comfertable and answered all the questions I had about the best ways to look after my hair. The atmosphere here was chilled and all the staff there got on well. Will definitely book all my future hair appointments at The Hair Lounge. I highly recommend this hairdressers.

Brought my nervous 18 year old daughter and she was made to feel so special and comfortable and she absolutely love her new hair. She was reluctant to go as she had a bad experience in the past and hated her hair (done at a different salon) but now she will only get her hair done at the hair lounge.
