A very enjoyable experience from start to finish with Shannon. The head massage is to die for! The whole salon is a very welcoming place.

I had my hair done today by Monica, she was absolutely lovely and done an amazing job. She took her time to figure out the colours with me to give me the result I wanted and was so kind and patient with the process and even gave me an umbrella at the end of it as it was raining. Everyone in the shop seemed super friendly, will defo go back when my hair needs doing again 😁

I got my hair done by Monica today, she listened carefully what I would like to get done and also suggested what colours we should go for to make my hair look natural. Attention to detail is perfect and couldn't ask for a better hairdresser. Always happy and remembers our conversation so makes you feel valued and important. Always a great laugh. I’m 58, am from New York, have lived in multiple cities and countries and thus have been to salons EVERYWHERE. Hands-down The Hair Lounge has been the best.

Not only are they a warm and inviting salon that makes feel you welcome as soon as you enter, they are exceptionally talented. Especially Donna, whom I have now seen several times for cuts and color. I even tried balayage for the first time with her and it was gorgeous. Grew out beautifully. My hair generally doesn’t hold color very well but the color they use (I believe it’s Wella) lasts and lasts, and Donna’s technical expertise allows it to grow out really well. I’m pretty lazy with my hair. Basically a wash and air-dry kinda girl. Somehow with Donna’s cuts and coloring everything lasts and grows nicely.

I cannot recommend this salon enough. Try them, talk to them, let them know what you’re thinking and they’ll tailor it to you.

It was faiths first trip to the hairdressers for a wash cut and blow dry. She saw the junior stylist, she was brilliant with faith she explained everything, talked her through it and did a brilliant job. Service, value and results were amazing, if anything I feel like they undercharged for what they provided.
My girls will be visiting regularly

Always a pleasure having my hair done by Donna. She has neen with me from the when I did a big colour transformation from dark to platinum blonde. To now back to dark brown.

Really enjoyed my experience at the Hair Lounge. Everyone was chatty and welcoming. Sophie took her time and I never felt rushed. She listened to me and went above and beyond. The end result was amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
