Love going in to see Shanon, she has helped me with recovering my hair from a really bad bleach I’ve had with another hairdresser which is safe to say I will never go back to. She recommended great products which made a huge difference to the condition of my hair! Great atmosphere, great staff, everyone is very polite and helpful!

Very polite and caring apprentice washed my hair! Followed by my ever cheerful Donna!! Time is always given to making you the customer feel special and nothing is too much trouble! Plus my favourite coffee!!! And I’ve been going there for a long time!!!

This was my first haircut at The Hair Lounge and I am so pleased with the cut and styling given to me by Georgia! She really understood what I wanted. I’ve tried a few different hair salons since moving to the area a year ago and have always felt a bit disappointed when leaving, so I’m really pleased I’ve finally found my new hairdresser! Shannon really took the time today to listen to what I wanted for my new look, giving great advice and changing the colour halfway through with ease. Great chats, great atmosphere, the only thing I would change is the slightly uncomfortable seats at the sink but I can forgive it that. I feel a million dollars and will definitely return. After lockdown I looked up Hairdressers on line and called The Hair Lounge and from my first appointment with Shannon, (who is in my opinion the best hairdresser ever) fixed what I had done with my home colour kits, then styled my hair and made me feel so much better! Shannon cut my hair today and I couldn’t have asked for anything better, Its the happiest I have ever been with a hair cut. I’ve been feeling a bit down in the dumps about my appearance since getting pregnant but she has transformed that feeling and has made me feel good about myself again and can’t stop looking in the mirror. Shannon did a massively wonderful job on my hair as I ruined it during lockdown she has brought it back to life and I'm so forever thankful for her time and patience creating this masterpiece that is my hair

I have used the Hair Lounge, pretty much since they opened many years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In my mind, this salon is one to model others on for service and atmosphere.

As usual, a great cut and superb customer care with Donna and the crew in what I think is the best salon in Medway.

I went into the hair lounge for a colour and complete restyle, it had been just over 18 months since I had my last cut and colour and my hair was just a one length, no style hot mess. Exit 4 hours later and it is just gorgeous, so much more than I could ever have imagined. Shannon your an absolute little gem.
