I had my hair done today with Gemma, what a fantastic experience, lovely person, great haircut and a great chat.. highly recommend !!

Altogether a pleasant time and I was happy with my hair. Stylist spent time to discuss what I wanted and gave advice.

As always Lizzy coloured my hair superbly and I also had an extra hair treatment this time as I’d built up my rewards. Hair feels and looks great ????

Came in earlier today for colour and cut with Carly. She added pink highlights to my hair and im very pleased with the result.

The receptionist checked my appointment and said I’ll get Emily for you. I waited someone different came down. Then no one. Waited 15 min another girl came down I asked where Emily was. She went up then came and took me up. Emily was curling someone’s hair. She came over shortly. Said not told I was there. I was pleased with hair. I shall get their names next time.

My hair was cut by Gemma. I showed her a picture of what I really wanted and asked her opinion on it. She replicated it on me with a few changes to suit my face and it turned out great!

Popped in for advice and was was treated wonderfully, very welcoming receptionist and full knowledge from kimmy ????

I am very distraught and devastated with how my hair turns out I’ve had conversations with the stylist with how I wanted it, i even showed pictures to the stylist and asked is this how it turn it because other stylist turn me away because it wouldn’t , she told me it would but not as blonde because I need to strip my hair but it be a sandy blonde I appreciate that it wouldn’t go as blonde because how dark my hair was and needed stripping and was willing to pay for another session to lift the blonde but when she done my hair it went warm red there was no colour in it whatsoever my roots was my natural hair colour and not even that dyed it When i had our consolation with the stylist she explain that it cost me £118.23 but it won’t cost no more than £150 if I needed another bleach then once she left the salon and another stylist finished it off and told me it cost £190 but when another stylist work it out it’s cost £199 which I was told otherwise when I left the salon there was dye around both sides of my face which I have taken photos of and the toner only taken the red out of my hair but I’m left with mixtures of colours and very upset

Megan was great. Kalli had very split ends on her long, curly hair. Megan put a smoothing balm on her hair and once cut, she dried and straightened it so Kalli could see the difference. Megan also told her how to keep her hair in goid condition with suitable products. Although we didn’t buy any today we know what we need in future. Great experience, great value for a child’s (13) hair too!

This was my daughter's second time at RAW Dartford and her first cut with Megan, who was lovely and patient and offered some suggestion when we couldn't quite decide. We'll definitely be back!

Didn’t realise until I looked in a three way mirror that my hair at the back had a huge chunk over an inch longer than the rest of it. So I’ve been walking around like that for over a month. A kind member of Gravesend’s Raw cut it straight and as a result by hair is much shorter. My layers at the front are also uneven. Really upset as I really liked *****.

Another thoroughly good experience and great haircut! Wouldn’t expect anything different from Lily, she’s fantastic! Highly recommend

Been getting my hair cut by Jess for a couple years now after being really nervous about changing hairdressers. She’s always great, listens to what I want and makes suggestions to make my ideas even better. I travel all the way from Reading especially because I know I can trust her!

It was my first time at Raw for a cut & blow dry and all of the staff I came into contact with were very friendly, professional and welcoming. Becky discussed everything with me prior to doing anything and even checked with me which finishing products I preferred. I returned after a few days for a colour treatment which I am also very pleased with.
