Carrie is excellent hair stylist she is the reason I am having my hair done past 9 years at Tony&Guy. I like the hair salon as well for caring their clients.

Beth did an amazing job with my hair, I wanted it to be natural and subtle and that’s what she achieved, she was also lovely and very funny!
Will definitely be booking again! My hair feels so glossy!

Colour was exactly what i wanted the blend was perfect! So many compliments already. Chelsea was also fantastic with the cut but I couldn't select 2 names. They both made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free after a previous bad experience at a different salon

Ashlie was such a lovely girl and listened to how I wanted my hair and has cut and done a blow dry on my hair it’s really nice and I love it

From the beginning all the staff were very welcoming and although I am always aprehensive getting a blow dry because my hair is such high maintenance, they made me feel like it wasn't a problem. Sophia was very polite and amazing at her job. She gave me exactly what I wanted even though my hair type wasn't an every day occurence for her. The only thing I woulf say is she could have got my opinion on the product she used as my hair soaks up moisture and ended up quite dry afterwards, but she smoothed it out really well even though she didn't use a high moisture, smoothing cream, just light sprays. Also I would have appreciated being offered the loyalty scheme and made to feel like me returning wasn't a problem and I know my hair needs cutting which wasn't mentioned apary from at the start where she mistook the blow dry service I requested for a cut. Overall I am happy with the service and considering the challenges with my hair the salon was very impressive, the stylist was lovely and her experience shone through and made me feel in safe hands. Would definitely return...if they would have me!

I recently had my hair cut shorter from bob length, but found the style so hard to manage and wanted to go even shorter.
Claire was fab I showed her a photo of a cut I liked and she advised me on what grade shave to have for the undercut, and told me to go asymmetric for a funky look, keeping the fringe longer and taking lots of weight off the top.
I am absolutely delighted with the result, my boyfriend thinks it looks amazing and my. Daughter thinks it’s really cool.

I have been having my hair coloured by Emily for years! I change my mind regularly about the colour I like and she always colours exactly how I like it, colour is always perfect! Also she’s such a lovely friendly person to chat to whilst you’re having your hair done 10/10!

Louise has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I am very happy with the way she does it. This is why I have stuck with Tony and Guy even though I know there are cheaper options

Was quite disappointed , the pretreatment product was a complete waste of money. It was meant to volumise but made no difference, wasn't even left on , it was rinsed off straight after application. Hair style turned out to be much shorter than expected and didn't last at all. No products were used to firm or help style last except for the hairspray at the end. Looked awful after an hour.

Professional colourist result a little lighter than expected but I still love it .

Emily really worked hard today , there were no juniors , she coloured my hair , washed it off and blow dried it for me . It looked amazing as always . She’s so lovely and I love her being my colourist .. Her customer service is always 5 star .

Taya is great, always checks to make sure I am happy with colour or looking for a change. She is also chatty and interested without being insincere. I have been very happy since Taya started colours my hair.

The. Colouring part is ok .. but the cutting and styling is seriously lacking. This is the 5-6 time I have been back to this Salon other than once or twice I found the Hairstylist was absolutely lacking in skills. Could not even blow dry properly. It was waste of my £60 or 70 that I was charged for the cut and blow dry. I don’t think I am going there again.

Ellis really listens and will do all she can to meet your requirements. Very persevering but effortlessly so! Highly recommend

Sadly, my experience at Toni and Guy wasn’t great. I asked for my hair to be curled due to attending a wedding reception that evening. I explained that due to having thick hair, it’s best to do it with either GHDs or I normally use Babyliss curlers and then lots of hair spray. The stylist then proceeded to use tongs....the curls looked lovely in the salon but by the time I’d walked to the car, they’d all dropped out.
I ended up having to redo my hair when I arrived home, something I wanted to avoid. Unfortunately, I feel that I wasted my time and my money on this occasion.
The staff were polite and friendly but I don’t feel I was listened to

Carrie has cut my hair before. She is very friendly and talks through what I want. The cut etc. is always good. Carrie takes her time and is very thorough.

BUT I had ***** as my stylist even though I asked for Mia. ***** was Ok but she didn’t get the style I wanted even though my hair was already styled similar, I just wanted it shorter.
