Girl who dried my hair was terrible she was miserable but the worst part was she burnt my scalp with an overly hot hair dryer

Great first experience at the salon. Beth was helpful, knowledgeable and a great colour.

Cannot remember the girls' names, however I am very disappointed with the highlights and I wonder if this can be corrected. There is a chunk of blonde across the middle of my hair and normal nice colour on top and bottom. I have to keep my hair up all the time as I am embarrassed to let it down. I paid £200 for the privilege as well. Do you think I could come in for this to be corrected please?

Leanne was great. I didn't have change so couldn't leave a tip, sorry Leanne. Double next time. People have commented on how good my haircut is as well.

I'm a new client for Ellie so we are still getting used to each other. But so far I have left the salon with a fantastic cut and she gives great guidance for what will work best with my hair.

Excellent service

The apprentice who washed my hair spent the whole time complaining about the hours and how tired she was and how her lucnch break is so late. It’s like she didn’t want to be there and it showed. Made me uncomfortable and didn’t give a good vibe about the salon.
Then ***** was really friendly, I have no problem with her customer service, but as soon as I got home my blow wave and curl dropped completely. I only live in Dartford, and I paid for an Uber home to avoid being out in the damp air. Feels like a complete waste of money, and the was wasn’t even relaxing and then I ended up having to redo my own hair. I don’t usually spend money on myself , especially 40 pound on a blow wave and wash and felt like treating myself, only to feel guilty about wasting money on something that didn’t last an hour. I honestly don’t know why I bothered. I came to Toni and Guy, knowing you guys get trained so well, but left feeling as if it was all a front, because doesn’t seem like a nice salon to work, and doesn’t even seem like a style I paid for wil last long enough.

Came in for a fresh new look for spring, wanting to lop my long locks into a cute bob. Aimee gave good advice on the length and style and then got on with the job. Excellent service and absolutely made up with the end result. Thanks Aimee, I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Excellent haircut by Maria. I got what I asked for and I love it. Just a little expensive for a cut and blow dry. I usually pay that for roots and a few foils and a cut..BUT I’ll be back for a cut but elsewhere for colour x

The service received from Emily was excellent. However the person who finished my hair failed to listen to how I wanted it done, had the hairdryer too hot and left me wanting to get out of there asap.

I had another great experience at Toni & Guy bluewater yesterday. Ellis has cut my hair a few times now and I am so happy with the way she cuts it. She understands what I want and does it to perfection! The Salon atmosphere is great and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back for my next hair cut.
