First time I've had Sophia I had Marcus for a long time ..but not to worry she's a lovely girl and I am really pleased with my haircut

I have been visiting the salon for around 2 years now and have been regularly visiting Ellis for a cut. I make a 1 hour trip just to get my haircut and the service and expertise is second to none. Ellis is by far the best hairdresser I have ever used and listens to exactly how you want your hair. I would definitely recommend the salon and the staff, absolutely perfect !

Attended Salon for the first time for a consultation and skin test. Very impressed with the service and booked in for colour and highlights next week.

It was ok the hairdresser was nice but when I got home I noticed my hair was different lengths on one side to the other so for the price of £67 I am very disappointed last time I came I felt it was overpriced for nothing special but decided to give you another go but I won’t be coming back as I expect my hair to be cut evenly!

Chelsea did her usual great job and my head massage was beautifully relaxing.

Aimee listened to what I was saying how I wanted my hair done, and when asked for advice she gave good clear advice. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A very friendly and helpful staff.

I have been a client at this salon for years . Unfortunately my stylist has left. I felt rushed during my last spot. Kept waiting before my spot, then again after my hair was washed, sat for over10 minutes for her to reappear with wet hair. Cut was then rushed and I left with an old fashioned look

Another great haircut by Lily. My hair is short and thick but Lily always cuts it so well.

Ashlie give me a lovely cut, as usual and was her usual friendly self. She is an excellent stylist and I will continue to go back to her as long as I can. The hair wash before hand was good with an excellent head massage - I just wish this was even longer! The salon itself looks a little tired now, the robes aren't quite a white as they used to be etc, but generally clean and tidy

I hate to admit that I’m normally a ‘Supercuts’ girl but having had one too many terrible haircuts I treated myself to Toni and Guy.

Well, where to start? The whole experience was incredible, Leanne was so lovely and obviously experienced, made recommendations about what she felt would look good and I’ve already had people tell me how great my hair looks!

The whole team we’re exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease - for someone who doesn’t have a huge amount of self confidence it really did make a difference.

I’ll definitely be returning here...no more terrible haircuts for me!

Lovely lady, always polite and cheerful, always know what style I like and advises me on thetreatments and hair colours. As are all the staff at this salon.

My second time here and I love it. Being in a wheelchair can make the simplest things difficult, but the accessibility of the salon, especially the adaptable hair wash basin, makes my haircut appointment far less fraught than previous experiences. The staff are friendly, and the haircut is great.

Had my appointment at 12.30 today & everything was great & very pleased with the result. However I then get a text saying haven’t seen you for a while so offering 25 per cent off till end of January. My next appointment is 13th Feb so hoping I’ll get same offer then

Chelsea was absolutely lovely ! She gave me some really useful advice for my thinning hair . She reassured me greatly that it was a massive problem and said she could see regrowth. The cut was great and made my hair look thicker immediately. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Chelsea !

I had an excellent stylist. She has long brown hair, sorry I don’t recall her name but she has been really kind and professional. Highly recommended!
