Claire cut my hair and Emily coloured my hair I missed my last appointment and my hair kept its shape which is down to the brilliant cut Clair gave me before. This cut is no different it feels amazing and the colours in my hair are perfect I am not a fan of bright blonde and Emily has kept the colour warm and close to my own colour but light enough to lift my own mousy brown hair thank you both ladies. You are true professionals and a joy to visit.

Service great as ever but Lorraine struggled to find a clean area for me to sit down originally and had to clear an area. I’m surprised you haven’t got young girls jumping to clear up after a client has left, would be good to see the store spotless at all times. Cleanliness is something I have commented on before xx

Emily remembered me from my first visit which was nice. I’m extremely happy with my natural gloss and Poppy did an amazing ‘curly’ blow dry on my hair afterwards. I had a lovely salon experience.

I used to prefer going to the dentist than getting my hair cut but Marcus seems to have a natural instinct for what style suits me so I leave happy ????

Chelsea revived my ‘non haircut’ she listened to what I liked, she pointed out the pros and cons until together we decided what to go for.
After my blow dry Chelsea gave me some great tips on styling my hair once I get home.
Def recommend seeing Chelsea!

Lily is always friendly and really knows how to blow dry my thick long frizzy hair!

Had to revisit as hair was not cut straight went back to get corrected where they admited it wasnt and cut it again without charge. Although sorted you don't expect to visit a Toni and guy and end up with uneven hair. No apology actually said on phone when rebooked what do u want us to do about it ??!!!. I mean wouldn't expect this service at local hairdressers that charge a tenner! Girl who sorted was gr8 and I know not her fault but did expect someone to apologise where I have had to take time off to visit again b4 my hols.

Love my new haircut. Sophia is so creative she has a real talent for understanding how to cut and style hair.
