I thought it wasn't very good as it cost £58 and I didn't like it it was rushed

Firstly was not impressed to be kept waiting half hour after my appointment time. ***** did apologise for the delay, I was watching her work on a guy for the duration of my wait which in total was 40minutes.
She seemed to be very maticulas in the time & effort of this client, so I felt hopeful in what level of attention my style would get.
However my time with ***** was over in an hour, that was wash, cut/restyle and blow dry. I feel it was rushed and not given attention to detail that the lad before me was afforded.
***** was very personable and friendly, but I come away feeling I didn’t get the cut I wanted. I showed a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted it textured and chippy choppy like in the picture with plenty of body. Considering my hair was a long length and contained no layers, ***** had a blank canvas to work with. I choose the top director stylist because I wanted to be assured I’d get what I requested.
I didn’t feel at the end that it was what I was expecting, but thought maybe once I put my own product in and styled it, maybe the look would be more to a likeness of the photo I showed.
Once I left the shop however and looked again at the photo I had shown *****, and then compared it to the finished one ***** took for me on my phone. I felt upset and very disappointed that it hardly resembles what I ask for at all. Too little texturing, not particularly chippy choppy especially from ears upwards, Which is where I said I needed/ wanted more body.
My appointment was at 3pm, I got called at 3.30pm, and was finished by 4.30.it makes me wonder if I was rushed through due to time of day.
I was expecting something above and beyond and a bit special, and I’m sorry to have to say I don’t feel I got any of that. It’s with heavy heart I say this, as ***** was a lovely person, but I didn’t get what I wanted or ask for. ☹️ If I was able to upload photos for comparison I would.

Overall had a good experience on my visit. Staff friendly and polite, had a coffee whilst getting my hair done and was in and out in 45 mins.

After leaving the salon my hair felt great but when I got home I noticed I had a lot of white flakes on my scalp - turns out a lot of shampoo/conditioner was left in my hair so had to wash my hair again before going out that evening. Upset by this as for £38 and a good blow dry was such a shame to be let down by a bad wash!

I've been coming here for over 10 years with Marcus cutting my hair every time. I always enjoy my visit, the service is friendly and professional and my haircut is excellent. Many thanks!

I’ve always come to your salon in Bluewater and it’s great knowing that I can return each time to someone (Sophia) who always knows my hair... that is despite her trying to coach me into a new style or to use more product on my hair! One day she will get her wish and I’ll go for it, haha. Thank you to everyone at your salon for all you’ve done during the time I’ve visited.

I needed a good hair cut for a wedding. Chelsea was very helpful and made me feel at ease as I’m very self conscious when going to a salon. Very happy with the whole experience.

Wanted a tidy up. Came out scalped. One side had quite a chunk cut out for no reason as I emphasised that I mainly wanted the back trimmed and the front left full. It looks really horrible but have no option but to wait for my hair to grow down again at the front. I expected more from this salon as none of it is cheap!!!

The only place for me, another lovely cut by Claire! Highly recommended ????

There’s no one else I would have trusted to shave the side of my head! So please with my slightly dramatic but very hot new look!
