Another fantastic cut by Claire as always but I was double booked so had to wait half hour after my hair being washed to be seen.....not Claire fault but reception's

Ellis is a brilliant hairdresser. She always cuts my hair and always gives me the cut I want.
My toddler used to hate having her hair cut but since the very first time Ellis cut her hair a few months back she loves it. She can’t wait for her next hair cut with Ellis either.

Excellent as ever

Ellis is always professional and friendly. She always makes sure she understands exactly how I would like my hair cut and always advises me well taking into account the texture and condition of my hair. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair cut.

I have just returned from holiday and unfortunately did not look after my hair as I should have swimming in the sea and bathing in the sun with out using the appropriate hair care. Thankfully the lovely assistant washing my hair also noticed it was dry and suggested she wash my hair with a nourishing and rehydrating shampoo and conditioner.

It’s because the professionalism that all the staff show from the moment you step into the salon to the moment you leave is the reason why I am always a happy, regular client.

Bethany did an AMAZING job fixing a dodgy colour job from another salon which had left my hair orange. I was hoping she would fix it which she did and went one step further and made it look amazing. I am SO HAPPY! I will definitely go back to Beth regularly now as she is such a good colourist. She was really friendly and quick but thorough. Cannot recommend highly enough. I only wished I had booked in before. 5 stars!!!!

Carrie always does a great job. The salon is all fine too but Carrie looks after me so well I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.

Claire is very friendly and easy to get along with which didn't mean that she wasn't completely professional throughout. I felt confident that I would be happy with my haircut as she listened and then took care to do a lovely job. Although we were chatting throughout I felt that Claire really understood my hair. At no time did I feel rushed but she was very efficient and it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I have booked my next appointment .

Was at the end of my tether with bad hair cuts. My friend suggested I try Carrie at Toni & Guy. Carrie was really good, she listened to what I wanted and suggested what I should have and she also suggested a treatment for hair breakage which I’m going to have next time. She gave me a lovely shaped bob. I’m really pleased with my hair finally and have already re-booked my appt with Carrie.

Aimee, trainee, dried and styled my hair beautifully afterwards.
What brilliant customer service she provided too.

Wanted half head foils, on the roots, said I’d like a darker blond, natural looking result. Feel the peroxide was left on too long, as my hair is white not blond and feels so dry.

My first visit to Toni and Guy and I am extremely pleased with the outcome, Lorraine was very welcoming, has a great knowledge of her craft and knew exactly what I wanted the end result of my hair colour to look like. My hair wash was very relaxing, I also had a conditioning treatment (there's a few choices and prices) I wasn't pressured into having any treatment but I am soo glad I did, my hair feels and looks amazing. Brooke finished my hair with a top class blow dry. You've probably guessed I had a great experience and will definitely going back

Excellent- no problem whatsoever

I have been using you recently for a blow dry and found all the stylists excellent. The customer service is really good & it feels like special treat coming to you. The staff could not be nicer & my hair always looks amazing!
