The Salon is very COVID-19 safe his is my first experience since lockdown and it was wonderful. Callum was amazing and my whole experience was great.

Pretty impressed to be honest after many years of coming to you I stopped coming because in my opinion it had lost the professional touch. In fact on one occasion my haircut took less than ten minutes and that’s not why I go to Toni & Guy. I went because you were At the top of the game. Today the young lady who cut my hair was indeed at the top of her game . So well done to her.

Was so glad that she offered a conditioning treatment as I’ve never had one before and it’s worked so well for my hair! Thank you very much.

The Salon appeared clean and tidy when I visited for my skin test. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me. The process was very quick which was convenient.

Much needed trim! Lovely to be pampered. Staff very professional and Covid processes excellent.

Loved how my hairstylist listened to my suggestion and incorporated her ideas with my haircut. Very clean and accommodating. They provide each client with a kit that contains a mask, poncho, and towel. Definitely coming back again for my next haircut

Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure i was feeling comfortable. Explaining clearly the PPE protection and giving directions how to put on the massive plastic bag till checking in regularly if I was still comfortable with the mask, itching etc.
Her haircuts are really tidy and professional. I am going to T&G for many years and I can tell she is exceptional. Also really good on her social skills. She is relatable and very sociable.

Aimee was very good at cutting and styling my hair to how I wanted it be done. Aimee was really polite and easy to get along with. I will definitely be going back to her

A lovely first experience at Toni and Guy. Friendly staff. Covid guidelines fully observed. Claire listened to the problems I have with my hair and gave me a style I am extremely pleased with. Best haircut I have had for many years.

I have problems getting my haircut to the style I want due to curly fine hair.
I had an appointment with Aimee who was very helpful with showing me how best to style my hair as if required.
Booked another appointment for October.

I am so impressed with Callum’s work, I am a regular that visits once a week and I just can’t get enough of the way he does my hair. Callum is very friendly and easy to speak to as well as always being professional and really listening to what I want. A truly remarkable hair dresser and gets it right every time!

First time I have been to Tony & Guy and Marie made me feel so welcome, and advised me what I should do with my terrible bleached hair! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!

The salon was really well organised in terms of being Covid secure and very clear instructions were given. You get a throw away towel, face mask and cape. There’s plenty of space for distancing and the entire experience felt safe and yet still relaxed. Louise, this is such a great haircut and exactly what I wanted so thank you for that as well. Feel really sorry for the staff having to wear face coverings all day but they do it with good humour and professionalism.

Chelsea was incredibly talented and friendly. She helped me achieve a very different haircut and the result was perfect! Thanks a lot! I really recommend it :)

All three staff members that looked after me were talented, kind individuals! Beth coloured my hair, Marie cut and styled my hair and the lady who washed my hair was brilliant. I’ve been to several locations, all great but I will definitely come back to these ladies. They made me feel welcome, were great with hygiene and made me comfortable. Overall a great experience which during this stressful time was really appreciated!

I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Callum has had decades of experience and had amazing tools to give me a fab haircut. Very good and highly recommended.

Really regret coming today! Should of just got the razors out and done it myself. Paid £60 for a good quality hair cut for it to look like how it does now!! Should of gone to the barbers. Been here before and had it done with one of the men hair stylists looked great, won’t be coming back again and will be in contact to get some sort of refund.
