I had my hair done at this salon many years ago and I’m still impressed and happy with the results. Hanna did a great job. She was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend her at Tony and Guy Salon Bluewater

5 star as always , listened to what I wanted and kept checking all was ok, returned 3 hours later with my 17 year old daughter for cut and blow dry and again 5 star

Marcus has been cutting my hair for a while and he just gets it! Never disappointed.

I wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair, Chelsea always does a really good cut and I always look and feel great after my visit. She’s always very friendly and chatty.

Taya is friendly and chatty but also very professional. I’m always happy with my Hair and the colours that we select together. My friends always comment on how lovely my hair looks.

Enma is always excellent and does a wonderful job of my hair. She’s polite and effective - completely recommend. Unusually I was disappointed by the lady who washed my hair this time. She was rather rude and it was the briefest hair wash I’ve ever had! One shampoo and not even a conditioner. This isn’t typical and usually everyone has been friendly and I’ve always enjoyed the conditioning massage - not sure why it was missed this time.

Emily and Ashley were great as they always are however disappointed there was no hot water. Hair wash in cold water is not great. . Was not told of it when I booked in

The girls who coloured and cut my hair are great. Very pleased. However a little disappointed that management haven’t fixed the boiler. Having hair washed in cold water with jugs of warm water as a ‘fix’ is not acceptable when I’ve spent £140 on hair experience

The salon itself is usually lovely, the staff are friendly and the service is good. However my last visit wasn't great, after my initial consultation I was taken to the sink area and started to have my hair washed, it was then mentioned that the boiler had been broken for two weeks and therefore there was no hot water and they were having to use jugs of boiled kettle water to wash hair with. As the junior staff were having to spend time boiling the kettles the cleanliness of the salon was not to its usual high standard. Had I had known about this earlier I would have rearranged my appointment however no prior phone call was given to tell me about the lack of hot water. I left feeling slight let down and feeling as though I didn't receive the full salon experience associated with my usual visits to Toni & Guy.

After being without water since Saturday it was wonderful to be able to have a shampoo and blow dry at Bluewater yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and Hanna made me feel like a new woman. Well done Hanna

Unfortunately I received a call after I arrived to ask me to come in 15 mins later then when I arrived everything took much longer than usual which meant I was late leaving. This wasn’t my usual chill out that I usually have as I was getting more & more frustrated & ended up late to my next appointment. The young girl who did my blow dry was as fast as possible and was very apologetic

Not my usual stylist due to weather.
Colour was not checked and blow dry by a trainee ,why is this always the case and I am not asked if it’s ok ? My hair was still damp underneath and could not have gone out with it . Appreciate she was learning but when paying for a top colourist I would expect a trained person to blow dry or at least given the option .
