Claire again delivers she cut and finished my hair just as I like . Friendly as always and rebooked even going to try a colour there now

Was recommended Toni&Guy first time I’ve been here wont be coming back. Hair was cut 2 inches shorter than I wanted and nothing like the style I was after which was a long bob which was shorter at back but still long enough to tie back instead I got a short bob which is chin length not shoulder length. I can’t even tie back. Hair is a lot shorter than I wanted.

As usual Carrie did a great cut on my short hair. Admired by friends and family.

The stylist who has been doing my hair for many years, Carrie, was off sick for my appointment on 18.02 so Chelsea was taking her place. However she also fell sick and my appointment was moved to Monday with Chelsea. I had understood that Carrie would be off sick for the whole week so was surprised to see her in the salon on Monday styling another customer. I did not get the opportunity to speak with her. Although not displeased with Chelsea's work I would have much preferred Carrie to style my hair.

I had read a few reviews before booking a hair cut at Bluewater and have to admit was a little nervous.
I use to get my hair cut regularly at the Covent Garden salon and so my stylist was familiar with what hairstyles I liked and what suited me best. But traveling into London for a haircut takes time, so for this reason I decided to ignore the negative reviews, and try my luck at Bluewater.
I am so very pleased that I had.

I have now had my haircut several times with Ellis at the Bluewater salon and every single time have left very happy and confident with my hair cut.

For me the service in the salon is also important and every time I am always made to feel welcome.

Ellis herself is very professional, she’s friendly and polite and understands the importance of listening to what style I would like and talking it through with me. She always advises me as to what would suit my face shape and the texture of my hair as well as how easy/differcult it would be to keep it looking as it should.

The hair cut itself is always outstanding and I appreciate she asks me questions and listens, taking into account my life style and how practical it will be to maintain. Hence I’m now a regular customer.

Lily did a fantastic job on my hair for the first time in a year my fringe has actually looked the way it should, will be using this salon now as opposed to the local one where I live

Ashlee and Marie cut both my girks’ hair. Couldn’t fault the service we received today. They were kind and friendly and did a super job. So pleased. Shame this Toni&Guy is so far away from home but I’m sure we will make a special trip to come back sometime. Thanks!

Had a hair cut at the Bluewater Toni and Guy today. Hair cut and stylist were ok, however the overall customer experience was awful.

This is the worst high end hairdresser I have ever visited...and the most expensive may I add.

Things that were wrong:
- clumps of hair all over the salon, which have not been swept up
- hair pins on the floor
- trolley wheel had a massive heap of hair twisted around one of it well
- I sat in between trainees who were having a lesson. Terrible place to sit me. I heard a trainee get told off for not reading the night before, and where the other trainees were practicing it was messy.
- the whole salon was messy...chairs nor tucked in...things left around.
- tile coming off wall
- paint off wall in some patches
- seats looked dirty
- more like a college hair salon than high end

Left feeling disappointed having paid £58 for this experience. Where does our money go?

Always like having my haircut with Louise. She listens to what you want and gives you good advice. She’s really personable too.

Wasn’t a great experience - I had a very simple cut, but even then the length was wrong (I specifically said below shoulder length and it was shorter than that.)

Very perfunctory approach, she didn’t offer to straighten my hair or put any products on the final cut, and it was all done very speedily.

Overpriced for the amount of care and effort so won’t be going again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. You can get the same or better for a lower price so don’t believe the hype or marketing.

Staff were amazing - atmosphere was friendly and professional. The director who cut my hair was brilliant! I didn’t get her name. I will definitely visit again.

I love getting my hair cut here, it is consistently good, and staff are lovely.

Absolute disgrace, I had to pay £50 for a child’s trim!!!!!!!!

Hairdresser was lovely but felt the actual experience was lacking no drink offered and was in and out in 35 minutes and cost me £63 felt a bit like a rip off to be fair.

Service with a smile. Had my hair high-lighted by Lorraine which turned out more than I had expected. Lorraine knows exactly what right colour suit me. Marcus listens to how you want your hair cut and I very happy with the results
