Both Callum and Taya, and the Reception team were very helpful and friendly.
They all helped me with my questions and that inspired me to book an appt to have a cue abnett colour in a couple of weeks.

Masie, junior stylist gave me the best shampoo and conditioner ever! She took the time to listen to how much pressure i needed, didn't rush the process and afterwards i literally couldn't get out of the chair after the head conditioning massage due to feeling sooo relaxed!!! Thanks for a 10 out of 10 service. X

I was shocked at the grime on the floor, chairs, shelves. I nearly walked out given the current health situation. Not just recent hair trimmings.... dust and long standing dirt. The haircut was lovely as always.

This was my first visit to the salon. I was in need of a restyle to smarten up ready for re-entry to the workforce after several years out. I chose Toni & Guy as I had excellent service with them at another branch many years ago. Ellis had exactly the skill-set, level of customer care & professionalism I had hoped for. I was also pleased to note a similar service being provided to other clients. So thank you Ellis - you have my recommendation & my diary is noted to book next appointment in due course!

First class experience as usual - friendly staff and always a great cut. I have only been to the Bluewater salon a couple of times but love the atmosphere and I am always very happy with my hair - wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair

Excellent service and love my new hairstyle. Callum listened to what I wanted and achieved exactly what I had asked for, going from long hair to a short messy pixie style. TONI & Guy maybe more expensive than many local hairdressers, but in my opinion, it is well worth the extra. You get what you pay for.

As always a fabulous cut by Mia. Never had so many hair compliments since she has been my stylist.

Colour had to be redone as it wasn't what i had asked for. Young girl that washed my 2nd colour off then dried my hair. She used no products and my head now itches so much that I'm having to wash & dry it again and get rid of colour from my skin that she hasn't washed off properly. Had to pay full price, not even the treatment was discounted. Ellie did a great job on my cut again even though she was rushed so that Lorraine & Beth could put the colour right.

Ellis and Emily my colourist are fantastic and always professional. I have been lucky enough to be looked after by these two lovely ladies for many years.
I am disappointed to here that I will be losing the 15% discount I usually receive for booking my appointment in advance.
As you can imagine have a cut and colour is now going to be considerably more expensive.
Such a shame to treat your long standing and loyal customers this way. ?

As good as ever

Emily is so lovely always accommodating despite me having to change my appointments due to personal reasons. Colour as always is perfect.

I had a balayage hair treatment for the first time and thought a lot of care and attention was given so that I could be comfortable. My hair was styled really well too and brought out the new caramel tones in my hair.

As always a lovely cut with Louise and Colour with Emily. These ladies are great and always do a good job.

I’m disappointed however in some corporate changes that are being made. Losing the rebooking 15% which rewards loyal customers is short sighting and also sad to hear some staff members have left.

Best blow dry ever!!! Was so pleased with the result.

I had a global colour today from Taya and a haircut from Ashlie and received fantastic service from both of them. Even the young assistant who washed and conditioned my hair did an amazing job. The staff at Bluewater are friendly and I always enjoy my experience.

Emily has been working wonders on my hair ever since I had such a bad experience with a mobile stylist which resulted in my hair breaking off, being fizzy & feeling like candy floss when washed. Since going to Emily I’ve had my roots done and olaplex but also had the keratin treatment which has already improved the condition of my hair massively. I can’t wait for the next colour in a few weeks where I will hopefully be going back brunette.. she has really made me feel at ease through this whole experience. I’ve definitely found a hair dresser I can trust. Thank you Emily x
