I can't remember the ladies names but they did a great job as usual. Really like the highlights through the top of my hair! Nice coffee and relaxing hair wash which is always the best bit!

I was quite frazzled due to delays arriving but such a warm reception at the desk a cup of coffee and Lily was quick to find exactly the cut I would suit . I was very happy with the result and will be a regular visitor and this pleasant Salon

My first Toni&Guy experience was amazing thanks to Ellie, who made me feel so comfortable and took the time to listen to me carefully to find out what exactly it was that I wanted. She was so professional and made really great conversation the entire time. It was worth the money and I will be definitely be coming back again to get my hair done by Ellie. She’s a huge credit to the Bluewater store and an even bigger credit to the company☺️

First time with Ellis. Good feedback about how my style would look and what she would do.
The lady who washed my hair didn't get 'stuck in' meaning a very gentle wash and not massaging scalp with shampoo rather concentrating on ends.

My 9 year old daughter had a cut here tonight and it has transformed her. She cant believe it's her own hair. I'm hugely impressed and so is my mate (who's also a hairdresser).

***** made a mistake that was not rectifiable without the risk of a golden colour added which I always said I could not and did not want due to my skin tones.

The topic of my parting being on the side is not accurate and I was verbally bombarded by comments of the same parting. I have had a central fringe and parting for the past three haircuts with Ellis and had the same stylist (Ellis and *****) all this time.

I am now stuck with a dark mark framing my face which is very striking and even noticed by Ellis who cut my hair and my husband on my return home.

Very disappointed and feel failed by your team.

I decided to let my colour grow out as I have a lot of grey! Beth gave me expert advice and did a fantastic job toning down my dark natural colour. I will continue with her to reach my desired colour. I then had a cut by Chelsea, she does a very nice style and I’m fully happy with the treatment I get from them both.

I am never kept waiting unlike other Toni & Guy salons. Leanne is confident, friendly. listens and I leave happy. Great service Leanne thanks very much.

2nd time coming to Emily at Toni & guy, I told her that I wanted to break up & blend my top colour to my length a bit more + brighten my ginger up and she worked her magic, I come out feeling so much better and my hair looks Stunning!! Such a talented colourist, lovely girl & can’t wait until my next appointment with her.

2nd time with Chelsea, and more than satisfied.

I’m absolutely furious at the Toni and Guy salon in Bluewater. I have had a Balayage booked for over a month now! It was going to cost me around £170, of which £40 had already been paid as a deposit. After having been in to book the appointment and have a skin test done, I arrived for my appointment only to be told they wouldn’t colour my hair as I had used a John Freida lightening spray on it about 4 months ago and this could break my hair. I was then told I wasn’t going to have my hair done at all today and I had to ask if I could have a cut done instead, I wasn’t even offered an alternative. When the girl came back to me the only person available was one of your most expensive stylists... typical and I had to wait half an hour for the appointment. As I was going out that evening I had no other choice than to get my hair done. Absolutely no one warned me that I couldn’t get it done because of the spray despite having been into the salon multiple times and then having to pay £70 for a wash cut blow dry is a farce. The thing I find most ironic is the fact that you take a £40 deposit incase I cancel because it’s such a long appointment, but when you’re the ones that cancel on me then that’s ok and I don’t get any kind of compensation. I’m beyond disgusted with how I was treated yesterday and very reluctant to return to this Toni and Guy.
