First time at The lounge. Anxious as had been with my previous hairdresser for 20 years. Chella was professional and offered sound advice. There was a plan to get to the ultimate cut but staged over the next few months. I felt listened to and valued.

Sarah worked her magic yet again with a root regrowth, gloss and blow dry. I left loving my hair, the shine was incredible. I even purchased minu Christmas box as I loved the condition of my hair. Will miss her whilst she’s on maternity leave but feel confident that she’s leaving me in good hands with Betsy. Thanks for accommodating me at the salon today x
