As ever, Amy got my hair colour and cut spot on. She listens to exactly what you want, and then makes it happen!

I had my first appointment @thelounge on Thursday with Amy. She was amazing and knew exactly what she’s talking about. I’m so happy with my hair thank you!

Third visit and each time walked out very happy. BB is always so professional always focused and always deliveres what you want. On top of this she is so gentle.

Sarah is genuinely the best hairdresser I’ve been to. She listens to what you want, gives helpful advice, and I’ve been delighted each time I’ve left the salon. The lounge itself is a lovely, relaxing space. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Really happy. Had a good discussion with BB about a restyle. Result was a really sleek top class style. The massaging chair while I had my hair washed was a pleasant surprise. When I got home, hubby commented that it's the best cut I've had in years. Thank you BB.

Efficient and friendly

I always enjoy having my hair cut here as BB is so easy going and always cuts and blow dries my hair beautifully. All the staff here are very helpful and friendly. The massage chair is lovely too whilst having my hair washed.

Sarah cuts my hair exactly as I ask for it every time. She’s particularly good at getting my fringe exactly right and I won’t be going anywhere else!

As always the salon is clean and bright. All the staff are friendly and professional.
Cella is my regulate stylist and my hair always beautifully coloured and cut.

Amy gave me the best hair wash and head massage, ever! Cella assisted with my fascinator prior to my son’s wedding and cut and finished my hair perfectly for the occasion. Really happy thank you.

Cella has been working miracles with my wavy curly /hair for a couple of years now. I am put completely at ease in a friendly environment. Cella listens and suggests solutions to problems. I always leave with an exquisite cut, and lovely shiny finish. The best hairdressers by miles.

A great cut as always and such a lovely atmosphere, calm and relaxing.

Had used box bleach, (long story)with outcome of resemberling a urangutang. Was totally embarassed to walk back into the salon, but i needn't have been. Nobody laughed i was treated with the utmost professionalism, care, and guidance re hair care. Outcome, a totally hapoy woman, again.

Such a good stylist, friendly and talented, it was exactly what I needed. I have just moved to the area and was worried about finding a new hairdresser - I am delighted to have found the perfect one first time. I would highly recommend Sarah. Also the focus on hygiene standards and COVID was evident and very impressive.

Sarah is incredible. I used to be so nervous about getting my hair done in a salon however Sarah makes me feel so comfortable and I come out with the best results! She is truly honest and genuinely wants you to walk out feeling the best you can. Couldn’t recommend enough she is amazing!
