I had my highlights done by Frankie and cut and blow dry by Cella. It was great to be back in the salon, and I felt very safe and looked after - every detail has been thought through from a safety perspective and the whole team have gone above the basic COVID-19 requirements. Credit to everyone for making it work! The atmosphere was really energetic, everyone was clearly pleased to be back and catching up with clients again.

Sarah was excellent stylist and the salon had gone to a lot of trouble to keep us all safe. Courteous service, every one was greeted immediately at the door.

First time Frankie has cut my hair (Karen used to). I do have a fairly straightforward cut as I’m a bloke, but I was told it’s actually harder to cut a man’s hair as it needs to be precise. Whatever the case I’m very pleased with my haircut today.

I am very apprehensive going anywhere at these times but I couldn’t have had a better visit to @ the lounge. Everywhere spotlessly clean, staff very welcoming and relaxed. They have all adapted to the new way of working already. The salon could not have done any more to make it safe and enjoyable for us all. I am so pleased with my new cut and colour. I was Cella's first client on the first day of opening after lockdown. From the moment I arrived at the door I felt safe. The systems they have in place, even before you set foot across the threshold, are comprehensive and gave me complete confidence that the whole salon was taking risk management seriously. Plus, as normal, Cella did an amazing job on my hair. Thanks so much to Cella and all the staff at The Lounge and keep up the great work!

Although I always find having my hair done a special treat. Today I was made to feel extra special as my health and safety was paramount. Lovely friendly, happy staff who went the extra mile during these weird times. Attention to detail with all the planning, wearing PPE and still my hair cut was the best ever. Thank you

The salon is very well prepared for reopening. I felt very safe and can see that there is a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Cella is an exceptionally good hairdresser and I am always delighted with both the colour and cut of my hair.
Under the current circumstances safety and hygiene Is most important . The salon is spotless and the cleaning processes that have been put into place are first class. I felt at ease and enjoyed my long awaited trip to the hairdresser.

As always the salon had gone that extra mile to ensure not only the safety of their customers but to retain the enjoyment of the experience. Disposable, compostable towels were used, each client was handed a mask and hand sanitiser at the door and all the staff were in full visit face masks and were constantly sanitising and wiping surfaces. A super cut from Cella.

In these crazy times getting a bit of (careful) normal was so important- well done to @the Lounge for their spirit. A fab haircut from Cella made me feel so good ?
