Its not the big things that make us happy but having your hair done can really lift your mood and in a lovely relaxed atmosphere is a bonus

First cut and colour great to be back , salon Maintaining high levels of protection for their customers at the moment . It wasn’t a hassle , nice chat lovely cut , colour and finish as always !

I am very apprehensive going anywhere at these times but I couldn’t have had a better visit to @ the lounge. Everywhere spotlessly clean, staff very welcoming and relaxed. They have all adapted to the new way of working already. The salon could not have done any more to make it safe and enjoyable for us all. I am so pleased with my new cut and colour. I feel like a new woman. Thank you to you all.

I was Cella's first client on the first day of opening after lockdown. From the moment I arrived at the door I felt safe. The systems they have in place, even before you set foot across the threshold, are comprehensive and gave me complete confidence that the whole salon was taking risk management seriously. Plus, as normal, Cella did an amazing job on my hair. Thanks so much to Cella and all the staff at The Lounge and keep up the great work!

Excellent as always

Although I always find having my hair done a special treat. Today I was made to feel extra special as my health and safety was paramount. Lovely friendly, happy staff who went the extra mile during these weird times. Attention to detail with all the planning, wearing PPE and still my hair cut was the best ever. Thank you

Cella is an exceptionally good hairdresser and I am always delighted with both the colour and cut of my hair.
Under the current circumstances safety and hygiene Is most important . The salon is spotless and the cleaning processes that have been put into place are first class. I felt at ease and enjoyed my long awaited trip to the hairdresser.

As always the salon had gone that extra mile to ensure not only the safety of their customers but to retain the enjoyment of the experience. Disposable, compostable towels were used, each client was handed a mask and hand sanitiser at the door and all the staff were in full visit face masks and were constantly sanitising and wiping surfaces. A super cut from Cella.

In these crazy times getting a bit of (careful) normal was so important- well done to @the Lounge for their spirit. A fab haircut from Cella made me feel so good ?

Having just moved to the area and looking for a new salon, I made an appointment here for a consultation. Karen made me feel really relaxed and knew exactly what I wanted and even managed to book me in the very next day. Overall really chuffed with my hair and finding a nice new salon to go to.
