Cella is simply the best hairdresser I've ever had and I've lived in Hollywood and traveled the world. She intrinsically understands hair and has made mine look better than ever.

I love my appointments with Betsy and look forward to them every time! Not only is she an incredible Hairdresser but she’s also a lovely person to be around & talk to! I always feel so at home at The Lounge with everyone there making you feel so welcome!

I’ve struggled finding a hair salon for three years. And after a recommendation and look up on social media I booked at the lounge. I had a lovely experience. I had a restyle and treatment but hair looks so healthy, shiny and bright. It was lifeless and dull and Cell knew exactly what to do. The service was excellent and I have definitely found where I’ll be going in the future.

Really sad that we’ve been customers for a while. Our daughter was home from Australia and we thought our appointment was at 10.30 but was at 10.00. We got there for 10.15 but saddened at the call we got and the reception we had when we arrived. Accepted there was a difference in the time and that was our fault.
Agreed that a blow dry wasn’t possible and was grateful we were able to be seen.
Sadly the haircut wasn’t great and we had to go to another salon the same day to get it done again. Appreciate if customers are late there’s some pressure but we did say not to worry about drying/straightening - however would expect a good cut. There was no conversation during the cut as clearly the salon were cross about the late arrival. We’ll miss The Lounge and Sarah who usually does our hair. A real shame.

Cella retouched my roots and gave me a glorious cut, full of movement and volume. Leigh finished the job with straighteners giving me beautiful, natural looking waves.

Such a lovely luxurious experience as always. I had a creamy blonde balayage done with root tap and cut and finish by Sarah and Leigh. The end result was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Was looked after with such care in this gorgeous, friendly salon.

From the initial consultation with Cella to talk through what I wanted as in colour and cut she was completely interested, involved and offered her advice as I had such a bad experience previously at another hairdressers. She took great care and concern when colouring, was involved every step of the way. I came away feeling delighted that she had coloured my hair perfectly and the cut was spot on considering I have fine, straight hair and it was the first time she had done it. The next day it still looked fab even after sleeping on it which has never happened! Thank you Cella for doing such a fantastic job and I cannot recommend her enough, the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and I’m getting on a bit now so that says a lot!
All the staff and the salon were just perfect.
