I always go to Betsy at the lounge, she is fab. She really listens and gives good advice, does amazing amazing colour and great cuts. She’s brill!

Such a lovely luxurious experience as always. I had a creamy blonde balayage done with root tap and cut and finish by Sarah and Leigh. The end result was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Was looked after with such care in this gorgeous, friendly salon.

From the initial consultation with Cella to talk through what I wanted as in colour and cut she was completely interested, involved and offered her advice as I had such a bad experience previously at another hairdressers. She took great care and concern when colouring, was involved every step of the way. I came away feeling delighted that she had coloured my hair perfectly and the cut was spot on considering I have fine, straight hair and it was the first time she had done it. The next day it still looked fab even after sleeping on it which has never happened! Thank you Cella for doing such a fantastic job and I cannot recommend her enough, the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and I’m getting on a bit now so that says a lot!
All the staff and the salon were just perfect.

I had an amazing appointment with Betsy today, who really took the time to understand what I wanted and also helped advise me on colour and cut. She did an amazing job colouring my hair, was so thorough and took a lot of care to get it right. My hair came out perfectly and I’m super happy with it! I was having a hair emergency and called for a standby appointment. Baiba was so nice. She quickly assessed my hair and gave me a wash, cut and blow-dry in under an hour. My hair looks and feels great. I am so pleased with the service.

I’ve been coming to the salon for a couple of years, during which I’ve had a health drama. Cella is not only a fabulous stylist, she’s also so calm and supportive. I’m super-happy with my hair cut and highlights, and the TLC is so appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming, the products used are luxurious, and the hair wash station chairs that give a back massage - bonus!
