This wonderful lady is a dream. Sarah listened to me and my concerns. Sarah was attentive and professional and I have the best haircut! Am now looking forward to a fabulous colour. Great Salon, brilliant staff! I'm impressed.

Cella is such a fabulous stylist. I can always explain any difficulties I’m having and Cella always knows exactly what I need.

The Lounge has a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and calm. I was given helpful advice and tips about my colour and also about the style and styling techniques. I couldn't get an appointment at my usual salon, so I opted for a change and I am so pleased I did. I'm a convert and will definitely go back to the Lounge from now onwards.

Betsy did a fabulous balayage, the colour is perfect and blended in so well, it’s really natural looking and I’m super pleased with it. She’s really friendly and relaxed so it makes for a very relaxing experience.

I love getting my hair done at The Lounge. It's always a treat, especially the massage chair whilst getting your hair washed. No matter who I see I'm always really happy when I walk out. Although I was especially happy today as Liz is back and did a cracking fade on my hair today. I love that new hair cut feeling.

Lovely girl who spent time with me to make sure she did what I wanted. Not like other places who take off more than you want. My hair looked fabulous.

Cella is the only hair dresser I’ve ever been to who really understands curly hair. Over the last 18 months she’s transformed my hair - it’s beautifully cut and dyed and it’s growing. If you have curly hair, don’t go to anyone but Cella ever again.

Sarah was brilliant with my curly hair once again. She knows just how to cut it to give it shape and less weight. Plus a brilliant colour too - thank you Sarah!

Love my new cut! Hadn’t had my hair cut for a while and went for a fringe and kept the length long - BB always does a great job!
