Never been to hairdressers before where you feel utterly spoilt, always happy with my hair, thank you Pauline!!

Every time I go into the salon I love the experience. Simon gave me a totally new look today and I love it!

Fabulous service with exquisite attention to detail from a professional team

VERY disappointed with my hair today. I think the warning bells were ringing when the appointment was cancelled TWICE by Mayfair. ***** the stylist did not listen to what I wanted when blow-drying my hair, in fact, she didn’t even ask as to how I wanted my hair styled before applying the colour! She used the wrong product to create the style I wanted, and, did not trim my fridge as requested! During the colour developing time, no one checked that the colour was developing, and, I had to ask the Receptionist to remove running colour off my face! In the end I had to leave as ran out of time. After paying £53.50 I had to completely wash & re-style my hair on returning home.

Really enjoyed the experience .

My usual stylist was Jamie but for my last visit I was informed before my appointment date that he had left and was given the option to have another stylist. I had Cora who did an excellent job, I was very happy with the result. On each visit that I have made to the salon I have always been impressed with the way in which all the staff handle the clients. This is definitely a salon that I would recommend.
