Been to the salon twice with a bad balayge that needed urgent attention. Courtney (my stylist) on both occasions listened to what I wanted and was honest about the results she could achieve. It took two very enjoyable trips to rectify my botched balayge and the end result was spot on. Courtney created a very ashy cool toned balayge. Exactly what I wanted. I honestly couldn't have been happier when I left the salon. Courtney is an absolute super star!!!! She listened to what I wanted and created it!! So so sooooo happy! Love my new hair.

Tasha (little )is a really good stylist an listens to what you require. She's very happy an always has a smile. Would definitely recommend her to my mates an my wife if I could drag her to Gravesend!!

Been coming here for 5+ years I was left so upset after my colour and cut, my hair was jagered at the ends the colour was awful had missing bits in hair and my Ralph Lauren top was stained aswell as on my face not professional. Time to find a new hair dressers I can trust!

Had a fantastic experience at Raw in Gravesend. From the moment I came into enquire to the minute I walked out, I was made to feel welcome, spoilt and like one of the girls! Great, friendly atmosphere with bubbly staff. Attentive service with tasty refreshments and felt really pampered. Also the staff really listened and did what I asked, not what they thought best, so I finally have the cut and colour I’ve been asking for (for the last couple of years!) and have been complimented lots since. Will definitely be going back and glad to have finally found somewhere I’d be happy to go to regularly. Thanks girls! ☺️ Xxx

Atmosphere is always welcoming. Iv been coming here for quite a long time now, after many disastrous hairdressers, iv finally found one that does exactly what I want. Had my hair coloured by Natasha on Tuesday and I’m in love with the colours that she done. As always my hair looks fantastic. Great staff, great atmosphere, can’t praise or recommend them enough

I had Tasha h for my hair but she isn’t on the list above. I used to have her at her previous salon and wanted to continue so followed over to raw. Lovely salon and lovely cut and curl from Natasha as always!

I just love the salon the staff are all so pleasant Tom even went to the trouble of getting me a footstool . Natasha is amazing polite always good advice on hair products and advising you on what’s best for you . I just cannot praise them enough

I've been to this salon twice now and I've got the feeling that I will be using it more often. Stylists are very professional and at the same time make you feel relaxed. Prizes are reasonable and the results are spot on. The young girl at the desk is very informative and so lovely.

There’s no other Salon around that’s ever done exactly what I’ve wanted like Raw, Gravesend. My hairdresser Natasha is first class, fantastic at colouring, cutting and making me feel in safe hands. Charis is my usual stylist and she's very friendly and always does my hair how I ask for it.
Last week I had a last minute booking for my daughter with another stylist (sorry I didn't know her name). She was just as friendly and did everything to makesure my 3 year old was comfortable.
This is the 2nd time my daughter has had a cut and blowdry here and the service has always been excellent. The girls who are on the Reception desk are always very attentive and very enthusiastic about their jobs.
Previous Salons I've been to have always been over busy/noisy and speak rudely to their trainee staff. This Salon is different, it's always calm and makes me feel at ease, the staff are nice to eachother and they also play good music!
