I can’t remember the name of the young lady who washed my hair Ellie I think she was extremely polite warm and friendly Brooke styles my hair she is also could not do enough for you asking all the way through if I was happy it’s refreshing that how youngster can be these day that this salon is full of happy beautiful friendly young ladies with excitable manners this is my third time at the salon and I will definitely re book every 6 week ???xx

the Atmosphere is so friendly, everyone is so attentive towards their clients. Natasha booked me in at very short notice, which I was very grateful for. As always I was not disappointed, hair was a beautiful colour, and as always , Natasha knows her clients and knows what they want. It was dark when I left, and Natasha waited outside with me, until my lift arrived, which I was so grateful for. Friendly and happy atmosphere, which wants you to always return. Iv been a client for quite a few years now, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Great girls .

What a lovely place to get your hair done in Gravesend. lovely girls & customer service. Would definitely go there again. They offer you a drink too which is nice.

Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a new hairdressers and having been referred by a friend, I couldn't be happier. The whole team are lovely and exceptionally talented, always looking after each client as an individual, listening to their needs and making great recommendations. Came to have a cut blowdry and full head of foils and as I'd not had the best start to the day as it was the girls couldn't have been more kind and welcoming they accomadated for my two children with a double pram bought my mum refreshments and were really kind and friendly the price was amazing compared to other salons in the area and my hair looked amazing not a single yellow blonde tone in sight and the time and care that was taken to ensure my hair was coloured and finished to a high standard was fantastic didn't feel rushed at all so thank you so much Courtney and the girls can't wait to book in again xxxx

Cult salon in Gravesend is brilliant. The ladies at the salon are always friendly and polite.
Natasha (the owner) always takes time to explain and discuss the different products and cuts etc and my hair always looks incredible when I leave from the cut to the colour. Natasha is patient and always listens she’s a fab.
All in all a wonderful professional salon.

Great Salon, passionate staff. They always make you feel feel welcome, the service is beyond expectation given their prices. Not even the priciest competitors offer the same level of service, so it’s a no brainer really.

This salons come a long way and it looks like it’s got some exciting changes coming up! And they are the best when it comes to Value for money, not many other salons offer lattes, biscuits and head massages for that price.

Courtney was my stylist who listened and helped me select the best cut and style for my age. I was overjoyed with the outcome. A very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a very professional service. Great deals for under 16’s too!

Having unfortunately experienced many a bad cut and colour in my past, I’m naturally nervous when trying out a new salon. However, Natasha, the salon owner and the hairdresser I had the pleasure of being treated by was PHENOMINAL. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and more importantly didn’t want. I was reserved and nervous at first, but that soon dissolved due to wonderful and friendly atmosphere that she created, as well as all the other amazing girls that work there. Natasha talked me through exactly what she was doing every single step of the way, something I had never had another hairdresser do and a detail I REALLY appreciated, especially being so nervous. Every member of staff there seems to understand that your hair can make or break your confidence, and carry that ethic into their fantastic work. I’m sooooo happy with my hair, and this will be my main salon from now on. I hope this review helps anyone thats on the fence or as nervous as I was!
