Hands down the best hairdressers. Had an appointment with Jade T after a six year(!) gap, felt like I'd been there the previous week. Easy booking, complimentary coffee with tiny biscuits, super-friendly and professional staff. Most importantly, I left with a haircut better than the one in my imagination. Five stars isn't enough.

It was lovely to visit True today for an overdue cut and colour. Katie did a wonderful job of lightening my hair and Phil’s haircut was perfect as always. I left feeling refreshed and ready for Spring.

Helen is my stylist and has been for a long while, she always knows exactly what I want and I always leave the salon happy. I highly recommend Helen.

Due to an accident in January I missed my regular 5 weekly slot with Helen. As soon as I was able to attend I was booked in for Saturday morning. This was possible due to Helen agreeing to work on Saturday morning even though she was off. After my appointment I immediately looked and felt human again.

Perfect as always...colour by Laura cut by Phil

I’ve just had an amazing 6hour transformation to my ideal cut and colour. Jade is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her and the rest of the team are so comforting and welcoming. Every trip I have to true never disappoints. Couldn’t fault them at all.

This was the first time I had colour here and I am very pleased. Helen listened to what I wanted regarding colour and cut and was extremely thorough with everything she did. Took a long time, as there was a lot of work to do with a full head of meche, but the end result was lovely, with the shade and tone being exactly what I had asked for. Couldn't be more pleased and certainly return next time.

Friendly first impression and happy with my cut and dry but unfortunately I was in the salon an hour and a half and nobody offered me a drink.

Wonderful cut with Jade D today. I feel refreshed and am very pleased with the results. Jade was very thorough and ensured I was happy throughout.
