Niamh gives a highly professional service and always with a smile. She is always happy to answer queries and give advice on hair products when need be. I know I am in good hands when my appointment is with her. Her attention to detail is always great and remembers your hair preferences, which makes it a nice experience for me and any customer.

Laura does an excellent cut which has, in the past, kept its shape. I do not doubt this will be the case for this cut. The colour also always looks absolutely top notch. My only criticism today was I waited outside for over 5 mins to be allowed in.

My first time at this salon and I will definitely be returning. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. The salon is modern, bright and fresh, a little gem in Gravesend. Katie was knowledgeable and helpful, cutting my hair beautifully. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Jade worked with me to find THE perfect colour! A relaxing experience where I was looked after and made to feel special, as always. I never feel as good as when I leave True. I've been coming for over 10 years because the service and expertise is next to none!

I have been having my hair done at True Hair for a many years now . All I can say is that it’s the happiest I have ever been with my hair in my whole life . They are a happy friendly team of people and make it a wonderful salon experience for me every time . Very happy lady .

Due to lockdown like many I waited patiently for my much needed haircut. Sadly Pheobe had left the Salon but I met Niamh today who was brilliant. She listened exactly to what I wanted and didn’t hesitate to give my hair a good choppy cut. I’m so pleased with it and she seemed so confident and happy doing what I asked. Already have my next visit booked.

The salon was managed to perfection. Every surface was cleaned after use. Great consultation and tint. The shampoo and conditioning was superb. The coffee was wounderful. I’ve been honestly waiting to come to this salon for just over 10 years. The service was worth the wait.
