Always an excellent service. My visits to True are one of my favourite treats to myself. So much more that just a haircut

As ever Kate was professional and gave me the 5 star treatment I have come to expect at True. Even though I have been going to this salon for 10+ years now, Kate treats every hair cut like it’s a new style and makes sure I leave feeling like a million dollars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Phil was great with our 4 year old. He did a lovely job with her hair and overall it was a great, relaxed experience. My daughter keeps asking for Phil to cut her hair again!

First visit to True and I was impressed by the friendly ,professional atmosphere in the salon.
Jade spent a considerable amount of time discussing style options before cutting which meant that I was very pleased with the end result.

All staff pleasant and professional. Offer good ideas and solutions to concerns. Excellent pamper hair washes.

Had a lovely visit today. My favourite part is the hair wash, and Holly did a great job . As usual Phil has given me a fabulous haircut.

Katie is so fantastic, she listened to me and chatted through my expectations and advised what would work with my hair in such a kind way. The cut is exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled with it.

I love the professionalism of true having had my haircut by Phil and colour by Katie for a long while now. I always look forward and enjoy my visits, so with this in mind I booked a Caci course with Harriet.the in house beauty therapist She is a mind of beauty information and goes above and beyond, sharing her wealth of beauty knowledge. Harriet is an asset to the salon.

I have just had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, Harriet seemed to know what I wanted before I even said anything. She managed to shape my brows in a way that looked like I had had a mini eye lift.
I loved my “mocha” gel nails too. The colour really suits me and I only chose it as part of her recommendation. I definitely want to book in for a CACI facial now!

First time at True Hairdressing and Beauty and very impressed from the start very professional and welcoming, Katie was great and asked me how I wanted my hair cut, what kind of style I wanted and how I styled my hair and was consultative with good advice, I am really pleased with the cut and style, it is exactly what I wanted and envisaged! Such a great haircut. Had someone in M&S ask me where I got it done !

I booked in for a hair cut to freshen up after having my little girl 6 weeks ago. This was the first time I had left her with Dad and the first time visiting the salon. Looking forward to my treatment I was also very anxious being away from home (all new mums will understand). My treatment was booked with Jay and from the moment I sat in the chair and we had the consultation she made me feel so relaxed. I explained about leaving my little girl and she just kept me talking through my service and by the end I felt so at ease it was lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I have already booked in for a consultation for colour, unfortunately not with Jay because of what I want but I am sure the other team member will be just as nice. Looking forward to going back. Thank you Jay. Huge credit to your team.

Excellent professional service

Very pleased with Harriet doing my eyebrows and Phil made a very good job of my hair.

It is always such a pleasure to visit a professional, friendly caring Salon, such as ‘True’.

As ever, Helen took her time as I changed my mind again! Really pleased with result and plans for next time. Lovely coffee and excellent head massage too.

I really enjoy my appointments at True, it's a very friendly and caring place. Katie always cuts my hair well and we have a chat. Today I was also very impressed with apprentice Keren and I bagged a bargain on hair care products. What's not to like.
