I love the professionalism of true having had my haircut by Phil and colour by Katie for a long while now. I always look forward and enjoy my visits, so with this in mind I booked a Caci course with Harriet.the in house beauty therapist She is a mind of beauty information and goes above and beyond, sharing her wealth of beauty knowledge. Harriet is an asset to the salon.

Helen was great - really professional and put me at ease straight away..

As always, amazing colour, cut, blow dry by Laura. Always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend the salon and stylists are all great, would be happy for anyone to do my hair.

Jade was so meticulous and really took her time to ensure I was happy with my new hair style. The junior who washed my hair also did an excellent job. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend

I have just had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, Harriet seemed to know what I wanted before I even said anything. She managed to shape my brows in a way that looked like I had had a mini eye lift.
I loved my “mocha” gel nails too. The colour really suits me and I only chose it as part of her recommendation. I definitely want to book in for a CACI facial now!

First time at True Hairdressing and Beauty and very impressed from the start very professional and welcoming, Katie was great and asked me how I wanted my hair cut, what kind of style I wanted and how I styled my hair and was consultative with good advice, I am really pleased with the cut and style, it is exactly what I wanted and envisaged! I booked in for a hair cut to freshen up after having my little girl 6 weeks ago. This was the first time I had left her with Dad and the first time visiting the salon. Looking forward to my treatment I was also very anxious being away from home (all new mums will understand). My treatment was booked with Jay and from the moment I sat in the chair and we had the consultation she made me feel so relaxed. I explained about leaving my little girl and she just kept me talking through my service and by the end I felt so at ease it was lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I have already booked in for a consultation for colour, unfortunately not with Jay because of what I want but I am sure the other team member will be just as nice. Looking forward to going back. Thank you Jay. Huge credit to your team.

Excellent professional service

Very pleased with Harriet doing my eyebrows and Phil made a very good job of my hair.

It is always such a pleasure to visit a professional, friendly caring Salon, such as ‘True’.

As ever, Helen took her time as I changed my mind again! Really pleased with result and plans for next time. Lovely coffee and excellent head massage too.

I really enjoy my appointments at True, it's a very friendly and caring place. Katie always cuts my hair well and we have a chat. Today I was also very impressed with apprentice Keren and I bagged a bargain on hair care products. What's not to like.

Harriett is a great therapist. I notice how she engaged and built a rapport with me . This is important for repeat custom and to ensure the client is comfortable with the therapist. I enjoyed my treatment. I look forward to my next appointment with Harriet again.

After many many years not finding the right hairdresser who does what I want I’ve now found her Katie is absolutely amazing she does exactly what I ask for i love it the shampoo and head massage too makes you so relaxed and pampered the salon and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. At true hair jay and a more senior stylist listen to my problem and then fixed it. I will definitely go back to visit jay she was a pleasure thank you
