As always when ever I have my hair cut at True I feel so happy and refreshed! All the staff are so friendly, polite and cater to your needs. Today Laura did my hair and I am so happy with it, the cut is superb!

Lovely catching up with Helen again she’s always open to suggestions. I always look forward to the salon experience & always leave feeling happy with my hair. I gave service 4 stars but that’s because I missed their lovely coffee which due to covid I fully understand why it had nothing to do with the staff or my experience. Phil gave me the hairstyle I asked for. After months of growing out a pixie I set him a challenge. Couldn’t have asked for a better result.

I arrived amearly and was given a lovely coffee. I was seen on time. The consultation was thorough and I felt confident in the expert advice. I’ve booked to have my colour and cut done next week as a result. I also received very helpful advice regarding my daughters hair. Thankful.

Jade has been caring for my aged locks for several years now and is a delight to re-engage with each time that I visit.
Every time she agrees to 'nibble' at the ends of my long hair I feel blessed... the salon has a very restful atmosphere with calming decor and immaculate cleanliness. All staff are attentive & respectful.
